This was my first time here. I had the ½ chicken lunch special. The chicken was huge and super juicy. I absolutely loved my meal and the price can not be beat!

I came with my family on a fairly slow night, however the place seemed to only have 1 waiter being supported by three folks working on handling everything else. Service was slow and the server was not overly personable. My wife and I ordered a Cuban sandwich to split and some Ropa as well. The Cuban was average at best. It was meaty, but under dressed with mustard and mayo and the bread was not nearly crisp enough. The Ropa was flavorful, but not as hot as I would have preferred. Not a horrible place, but I’m not in a rush to return here either.

Some of the best Cuban food I’ve ever had. I’m in town for two weeks and plan to hit this place often. Fish was cooked perfect, plantains ripe and tasty, awesome black beans, and terrific rice. Worth it.

AHHHHHMAAAAZZZINNGGG! Real authentic Cuban! we’ve been here three times in the past month and I am so happy we found this restaurant. I’m usually funny about steak but took a shot ordered the churassco steak and boy am I glad I did! The rice is buttery and delicious! Each meal comes with three sides so they don’t skimp you on portions and the prices are very resonable. Also tried the chicken milanese –loved it! Give the sangria a shot as well! It comes with little pieces of apple soaked in the sangria.

Phenomenal. That’s it. Go here. Best Cuban food I had and who knew it was 15 minutes from West Boynton. If you don’t go here you are doing yourself a disservice. Order the steak chorasco. I tend not to order steak because of chewy pieces, this was the best steak I’ve had in a while that wasn’t a filet mignon. We also had the Cuban sandwich with extra Swiss cheese and they nailed it. Top that off with a half giraffe of homemade sangria and we’re in business. It was simply delicious. Oh yeah, we also had the empanadas, wasn’t absolutely crazy about those like everything else… but regardless I was really impressed. All in all a fantastic place that is far from commercialized and has a nice abiance. Take my word for it and you will not regret it. Stop reading and goooooo.

Good standard Cuban fare at reasonable prices, we dropped by for a quick meal and found this place on Unilocal. The place was clean well lighted and the service was good. The portions were decent and the flavor of our dishes were good, I had the Fried Chicken Chunks and the wifey had the Steak Chirrasco. We will be back if in the area.

For years I have passed this place. I finally stopped in. And feel that I have been missing out on this amazing goodness! The pulled roasted pork with black beans, Yellow rice and sweet plantains was MOUTHWATERING. It melts in your mouth. Make sure to ask for a side of garlic sauce to dip into. The empanadas are delicious too! I can’t wait to go back!

It’s hard to find a restaurant that excels in food, service and atmosphere. Guarapo’s is one of the few. We visited on a Saturday night. The place was full and very busy, but service remained friendly and attentive, food was delicious and the coffee was amazing. I’ll be back!

This is my favorite restaurant in Boynton Beach, by a landslide. The food is amazing, the prices are reasonable, the service is great, the portions are large, and the food comes out quickly and consistently every time. I recommend the steak palomilla with white rice, beans and plantains. I also recommend the quarter/half chicken if you don’t eat steak. Everything I’ve eaten at Guarapo’s has been so delicious, I seriously dream about it.

Cute little Cuban restaurant with a great Cuban sandwich and delicious sweet plantains! The fried green plantains looked good too, though I didn’t get to try those. My son also ordered the kid’s burger and it was good and huge! Service was great too. If in the area, I would definitely return for that Cuban. yum!

After being promptly seated. We started with a basket of warm Cuban bread — one word DELICIOUS. The Sangria is excellent — two words Easy Drunk– it goes down way to smooth. The Mrs ordered Filetillo de Churassco(steak strips marinated and grilled with peppers and onions) and I ordered Lechon Asado(roasted pork). The pork was melt in your mouth tender and flavor able. The home-made hot sauce is «hot» and compliments the meat well. The black beans and white rice are excellent with good flavor. The marinated flank steak in the filetillo is a little tough but the flavor makes up for it. The fried plantains are good, as well. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. This was our second time here and we will definitely add it to our favorite places to eat list. Very authentic Cuban food. I highly recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant has been in town for a while, and we are just getting around to it, again at the recommendation of a good friend. We have been going to a different Cuban restaurant for years, so there were a few expectations. The menu is not overwhelming, but has some of the classics. The bread they brought to the table was soft and warm with a very flavorful garlic butter brushed on. We started off with an order of marequitas(crispy plantains). Thin and oily unfortunately. My wife ordered the bistec de pollo(grilled chicken with onions) which she felt was over seasoned, but not inedible. I ordered the masas de cerdo(pork chunks with sautéed onions). The flavor was okay, although pretty dry. The servers were friendly and accommodating and the price point was not out of range. They had nice Spanish music playing at a level that was plenty low enough to have a conversation at normal volume. I’d try this restaurant again with different menu choices. The overall experience was acceptable.

This is my go to place for food in General. Me and the wife fell in Love with this place. They have all types of lunch specials, and variety to fit any fancy, whether it is steak, chicken or fish. Being of a Cuban family, I feel right at home when I read the menu. the atmosphere inside is very Cuban-esque. The black beans & rice is moist(congri — my favorite) and the half chicken lunch was flavorful last time I was here. Today, I ate the Cuban sandwich. Weird to know that I’m finally eating it after my 5th trip here. Got it with a side of Fried yuca. Yuca not greasy and the Sandwich did not disappoint. Guarapos all the brother. Also, say Hi to Cristy. She my favorite server there. She’ll treat nice like.

Lots of interesting menu items in a pleasant atmosphere. We were seated quickly and received delicious-smelling herbed bread(I did not taste it). There was something for everyone. I started with the fried yucca, which was perfect: soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The portion was VERY generous. Most of the portions seemed huge. I also ordered the special, which was a whole fried snapper. Despite being fried, it was a bit dry inside. It came with some lemons, and I asked for more lemons. With lemon and salt it was pretty good. I didn’t try the rice, but the beans were boring and bland. The fried yellow plantains were also copious and delicious. I also tasted the garlic sauce, which seemed exceedingly mellow; not exactly my thing. Servers were very accommodating about substitutions and offered to replace sides we didn’t want with other things. We had lots of leftovers.
