if you think the service is bad, I know an employee that has been working there three weeks now and has only received one pay check. They are clearly in violation of federal and state laws and DD franchise laws also. Perhaps the employees attitude is somewhat warranted.

This location is terrible. After extensive research (20 or so visits due to convince of location)! Every time I come they mess up. Iced coffee is my favorite drink, because I love coffee, I don’t love cream! I am thinking of letting the manager know about the excessive use of cream because cream is more expensive than coffee and they could potentially save thousands of dollars every year on cream.

Stopped in for the new egg benedict sandwich. Got my order wrong. Got my change wrong. Sandwich was cold. Server was rude. Just awful! Coffee was fine. Stay away.

Dunkin Donuts should be a universal experience. The iced lattes should taste the same no matter where you go but like most chains this is not the case. What I can say about this location is 99% of the time my iced latte is good. I can also say that compared to the other BB location on Federal Hwy these lattes are cheaper, $ 3.17 here and $ 3.70 for a medium there.

If you’d like burned coffee, watery hot chocolate and surly, rude service you’re in luck because you’ve found your Dunkin Donuts. Stay away and maybe they’ll go away.
