China Van

I have not been to China Van for a few months. I was pleasantly surprised when I went back. Things are looking better after the new management team took over apparently. The restaurant now serves excellent Chinese dim sum. They have a variety of selection and we all enjoyed it, specially the shrimp dumpling, the steamed spare ribs, and the chicken feet. I also went for dinner with a party of 5 and tried a few appetizers and entrees. The dishes all tasted excellent. The chicken was nicely cooked, crisp, with a nice flavored dipping sauce. The lobster was hot and tasted very fresh. The wonton soup was quite hot and had a good flavor.
The price was reasonable. The service and the atmosphere have improved tremendously. I would recommend China Van over any other Chinese restaurant in Boynton Beach. If you want a good selection of dim sum and authentic Chinese food, this is the place for you.

Food is excellent… Wonton Soup is by far the best i have tasted in South Florida. Good service. Plain atmosphere. Prices are great also.
They do have early bird specials if you can make them.
