S & L Air Conditioning and Heating

S and L arrived at my house to service my air conditioning. I called there number I found online and they were able to set me up with an appointment next day. They found a bad capacitor, charged me $ 190.00 and had it fixed that very day. Would use again.

I called this company for our families broken heater in our home they said they were busy that day but would try to fit us into the schedule. They came that afternoon and fixed everything within two hours. They were really helpful in explaining how the new system worked and very courteous with questions and concerns. Totally satisfied with their services and would definitely use them again!

In the middle of the winter when your furnace breaks down, you want and need good service and good customer care. This company was called to my house and literally spent less than ten minutes in front of my malfunctioning furnace. The invoice they provided did not even say what actions they had taken to reach their conclusion about what the problem was and they acted like they didn’t need to to that. Very arrogant and cocky attitude. That night during the night my furnace stopped working again and I had no heat. When they were called back the next morning they refuse to come back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in regard to my furnace. I would never again call this company. I found them incompetent in terms of how they carried out their diagnosis of the problem they had been called for, and the customer service was appalling. As a customer, you can absolutely do better than this company. My advice would be to find someone else.
