Love this tucked away store. I’ve brought various items at this location and it also allows you to order from their book inside the store just in case what you want or need is not available at the location. Overall my shopping experience has been good each time. Definitely a gem. I’ve found many items for home in this place. So I guess it’s pointless to say that I will return since I usually do.

I love this little gem. I always get great things on Clearance… so any time I am in the area which is all the time… I stop in!

I had a horrible experience at this location in the earlier months of 2013, so I’ve kind of stayed away, but since I didn’t feel like going to the Crofton location, I came here. Technically, it was the manufacturer and the UPS delivery person that made my experience here horrible, but since it left a bad taste in my mouth, I haven’t been back since. I’m pleased to say that this location has made some very pleasing changes. The staff is extremely friendly and bends over backwards to help you. They were eager to answer my questions and even looked up an item I was interested in purchasing. It’s still a bit cramped in the store, but for some reason, most Pier 1’s are kind of congested.
If I had the money, I would buy everything in this place. It has so many items that convey style, grace and originality in the home, but they are a bit pricey. I enjoy going after Christmas or throughout the year during other sales. Just walking around the store gives me tons of ideas for my own home. Make sure to give them your email address because I occasionally get coupons to use in the store. If they don’t have what you’re looking for in the store, don’t worry, they can order it for you. I’ve grown to like this location once again.

Not sure of the quality of their products. Seems chintzy to me

I went into this location hoping to create a color lift to my new place. With the help of my mom, who so graciously offered her decorating services. We began to attempt a floral arrangement on our own and then came along our sales associate who saved the day! She was very professional and patient as she gathered items that resulted in a beautiful bouquet that now sits in my home. Her expertise and knowledge of placing various colors and styles together helped my mom and I both realize that some things should be left to professionals. I’m glad we let her work her magic!

I was going to a baby shower in the area and saw this shop and popped in. What a treat! The selection was robust and they had decent prices. I wish I had more time as I would have done more shopping. If I am in the area again, I will certainly stop again.

This store is laid out nicely. Lots of treasures. I came in for wicker chair cushions and I’m going to have to do a hunt at another store since it’s almost the end of summer and I’m just now getting started with the summer sales…
The sales reps were very personable and helpful. She looked up the other stores that I may find another matching cushion. The adventure begins…

I can waste so much time wandering around Pier 1 looking at all the lovely glassware and home goods. The staff here are WONDERFUL they are so attentive to the customers and so helpful when your standing around comparing two slightly different pillows or martini glasses.
