I needed a special tool to remove my crank. Was in Bountiful and looked up a bike shop. I’m not a regular, never been there before, I didn’t bring in an expensive bike that would lead them to cater to me for repeat business. Despite it all, the dude working, tore it apart without charge. Took him a bit of time too. My old bike was rusty as hell. I’ll give them my future business. Good people deserve good things.

These guys were super helpful. I was on an out of state trip and they fixed my Mtn Bik e brakes while I waited. I was still able to ride that same day.
Very nice service. Good price on parts. They were patient with all my questions and did a good job explaining options and potential future upgrades.

This is THE BEST bike shop ever! These guys know what they’re doing. They’re super helpful and quick, and very reasonably priced. They even have comfy waiting chairs. I went to the other bike shop in town — Bountiful Bicycles — and it’s no comparison. They remind me of Walmart, except not cheap. Top Gear is good quality and good service. I’ve been there several times, and will always go back.
My only complaint is the entrance — it’s tough to get my bike through. They need sliding doors.
