Tiffany’s Nail & Spa

Had a 10 o’clock appointment for my 3 daughters and I. When we get there, there are two other ladies with 10 o’clock appointments, so now there are 6 of us waiting. But here is the problem; there are only TWO GIRLS working! So we had to wait 35 minutes while the other ladies were done and then our group was split so we couldn’t enjoy the time together.
Nice enough girls doing the job, the place seems clean. Prices were what I expected.

First I really don’t like going to places that don’t use spa liners or individual buckets for doing pedicures because those jet spas get really unsanitary. This place doesn’t use liners unfortunately. They also seemed to be using the same nail file, foot pumice stone, other tools, etc. without taking them from any sort of cleaning solution so I’m going to assume they aren’t sanitized between users. GROSS!
Second, I came here because of all the raving over to foot massage /​hot stone they do but mine was really sub par. She basically just rubbed lotion into my calves and feet but with no real pressure that would indicate it is a foot massage.
Third, just on principle alone I won’t be coming back because… They asked if I wanted a flower on my big toe? Sure I’ll go ahead. When I get up to pay turns out the flower art is an extra $ 5 (not listed on their menu of services either). The way it was asked made it sound complementary. If it was extra it should have been stated.
They didn’t use a base coat and the polishes were cheap. My pedicure lasted a really long time though so that’s the up side.

All I can say is BEWARE! Even with an appointment I waited 30 minutes the 1^st time and an hour the 2^nd time… yes, I went back 5 days later because the polish on my toes was already chipping off. My pedicures typically last nicely for at least a month so I was very disappointed. I chalked it up to the fact that the girl doing my pedicure kept having to stop and make appointments and/​or take payment for a service. My warm towel was cold and the «hot» rock massage wasn’t any warmer than the towel. I have never gone back with a problem and was completely disgusted with their attitude. I simply asked to have the polish removed and repainted (with a base and top coat this time). She said she would only repaint my big toes and INTENTIONALLY did a horrible job! I had my granddaughter with me the 2^nd time so she witnessed just how rude the nail tech was. When we got home, she was telling her Dad (who also owns his own business)) and his comment was «all she had to say was that she would be happy to make it right and do it the way I was used to» (and she would have gotten the nice tip I planned on giving her). Instead, I am doing a chargeback because they are worse than before and I have an appointment at a different salon Thursday to have them redone.
I agree with another review, that they use cheap products but they could have at least been willing to make it right. This will be my 1^st chargeback ever.

Best nail salon in town! Amazing pedicures complete with a five minute foot/​leg massage! And they are considerably less expensive then others.

First time experience was definitely worth it! Will be going back. Glad I made an appointment though, a handful of walk ins came in while I was getting my pedi.
The basic pedi was very reasonably priced at $ 20. It included the usual massage chair and cleaned up foot work, however the hot stone massage was a very pleasant surprise. Great massage and nails looked great!
Location and salon was really nice, clean, and bright. Was very comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

This place is your run of the mill nail shop, a little outdated and could have been cleaner. I had a male nail tech for my pedi and he did a great job grooming and shaping however, I picked a light colored polish and it was very streaky. I had a female nail tech for my mani and although she got the job done it was just average.

This is the best nail salon in the area. I’ve been coming here since they opened up. Even with all the calluses I collect between pedicures, they have never caused my feet to bleed. The hot stone massage they give is so calming and enjoyable that it almost puts me in a trance. I love this place and the staff.

Update: the polish started chipping after 18 hours. I guess the top coat was not as solid as I imagined.

I went to Tiffany’s for a manicure and pedicure and it was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and professional. The environment was relaxing, clean and comfortable. With the pedicure, they message your feet with warm stones which feels amazing. The value was great as well. It was $ 30 for both treatments which I thought was very reasonable. I live in Salt Lake but will definitely make the trip up to Bountiful again.

This was my first time here and it was wonderful. I only had a pedicure but the service was excellent! It’s very clean and they even washed all the equipment in a separate sink after my pedicure. They used a grater for my heels and rubbed hot stones on my legs and feet. The best pedicure I’ve had and I’ve had $ 60 pedicures before.

Favorite nail salon in Utah! When I first arrived and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted she took her time to explain the difference between the gel, acrylic, pink and white which was very helpful. They take their time and listen to exactly what you want and will CHANGE anything you don’t like about your nail. I was asked numerous times throughout if I liked how everything looked and of course I did :). I got a pedicure which was nice and relaxing and I also go Acrylics. I don’t like my acrylics thick and long and the lady did exactly what I wanted shorty and thin (natural) looking. I believe they are fairly priced and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I also enjoyed how quiet, clean, and not busy the place was. I went on a Thursday around noon and will continue to go around the same time and day. Its located right next to Smiths and the dance school. Enjoy!
