Selina is a wonderful massage therapist who’s trained in a variety of techniques. She’s also a very interesting woman, full of life, very centered, and compassionate too. I look forward to every appointment, and know I’ll feel better for having been in her care.
As of Sept. 2015, she has moved her office to 1800 30^th St. in Boulder, in the Crossroads Gardens office building. There’s underground parking and an elevator so getting in and out of the building is much easier than her last place.

I first tried a massage from Selina a few months back, and was not overly impressed with her technique. I had a hot stone massage, which I normally really like. I thought she used too much oil during the massage so her grip was lacking and I didn’t feel the knots in my shoulders releasing much. Had to tell her to go deeper and stay in some areas several times, but I suppose that can happen with any massage therapist. Until they know you, they don’t always know how deep you like your work, or even if it’s what you want the day you come in.
I do like her as a person though, a lot! She made me feel very appreciated as a person and is such a lovely woman. Very interesting too.
I really like her massage space, immensely. It’s larger than most, has a good feel to it, good temperature control, a lovely décor, wonderful music, and it’s QUIET, which I need to feel relaxed. The only downside to the location is it’s on the 2^nd floor of the building and only stairs to get there. My back and hip often go out so getting up and down stairs can be troublesome for me at times.
Parking is never a problem as there’s plenty of free parking in the lot to the south and west of the building and on the street too. It’s in Niwot.

Selina & I have known each other for many years, & she has proven to be an amazing massage therapist, as well as a loving & compassionate human being.
Selina has a true, intuitive gift when it comes to working with the body & the spirit. She has a gentle spirit, soft, & very yin, but she’s also able to give «tough love» when working out muscle knots & tightness.
Selina is a «muscle whisperer» of sorts. She talks to the muscles, not out loud, but figuratively, and she integrates different styles into her massage practice to help release pain & release stagnation.
I own a massage school in Denver, & I keep hoping, one day, Selina will teach at my school, as her ability to massage goes way beyond technique, it goes into a more spiritual realm of listening, waiting, and facilitating change at both a physical & spiritual level.

Selina is one of the most compassionate, thoughtful, and talented massage therapists I’ve ever known. Her attention and energy during the massage is always focused on my needs.
