I would NOT do recommend selling to this company by mail. I sent a bag of great brand, in style, fashionable items, and am blown away at what happened. See below email thread.

It has been nearly a month since I was told that I was going to be receiving a check, after I was told my bag was completely donated and you were not purchasing anything.

I am really sorry for the confusion. It looks like we did not purchase anything from your buy. There was another customer named megan whose bag we processed on the same day as you, which created the mix up. Again we apologize for the confusion and thank you for trying our sell by mail program.

So how can you tell me, with 100% certainty that you did not buy anything from my bag, but the items came from this «other Megan’s bag» that was processed at the same time? Seems like a lot of confusion.

Maybe it’s a generational thing (I am not a 20-​something) but I can’t believe this place can turn a profit and I’ll be surprised to see it here a year from now. They take clothes that the Salvation Army would be ashamed to put on their racks, and slap the most outrageous prices on them. It strikes me that their demographic is a cross-​section of
a) youngsters whose parents did not teach them common sense, and
b) youngsters who have not taken an economics course.
If you want clothes like this for a fraction of the price you see here, visit any of Boulder’s many resale shops – which benefit charities. This shop is simply preying on the ignorant and ill-​informed.

I’m pretty into the used clothing scene in Boulder and my experience selling at this store was great. The gentleman who helped me explained everything and allowed me hang out while he perused through my clothing. Everyone was courteous and the store was very organized. I’ll be back!

This store is greatI just happened to be in Boulder for the day & was walking back to my car when I passed Crossroads. I was with a friend from the area who said, «Ooh, the store is finally done! Let’s go see what it is!» We had no idea what it was, but were very happy we stopped! They are an upscale consignment store selling mostly designer brands at very reasonable prices — I got a pair of Lululemon running shorts for $ 16! After I stopped in here I went down the street to the Buffalo Exchange (again for the first time), & was very disappointed by their prices after having come to Crossroads.
I can’t attest to the selling of items here since I have not done that yet, but the purchasing aspect is great. The salesperson was very friendly. I will definitely be back here the next time I am in the area.
