DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! John is the most unreliable spa service tech I’ve EVER used. I scheduled an appointment on April 4th to fix a spa leak. He didnt show at 3pm so I call him at 3:15 and he gives me an unconvincing story about running behind and that he’d be there by 4pm. Well, 4pm comes and goes and no John. I call his number at 4:15 and get his voicemail, hmmm. So, the next day I call him twice more and get his voicemail both times. The guy NEVER returned any of my calls and now the underside of my spa is a lake! I’m fed up with this clown and will have one of his competitors out to fix it tomorrow. DON’T USE HIM!
