They have been around forever, and I love the people who own it. Always nice, and helpful. The wing and nail clipping alone warrants 5 stars. Their new location is nice, and easy to access.

My favorite place to be other than my own home. Love to talk to other bird nerds and to interact with birds and people alike. Best place to buy bird pet supplies and the free wings and nails clipping is amazing. Owners are definitely as into birds as the bird nerds who visit; this is evidenced by my skittish bird immediately jumping on owner, Joan’s shoulder. If you have a bird in Seattle and you havent been here… you are lost.

Custom seed mixes, complimentary grooming, boarding services, staff and volunteers that really care about birds and they’re open 360 days a year. Love this place.
Been taking my birds here for 10 years now and never had a problem. About time I left a review I suppose.
I would have no problem recommending them to anyone for exotic birds, supplies and services.

We just love this place. Joan has clipped our green cheek’s wings, given good advice, we have boarded here when having a bathroom remodel at home (for a excellent affordable fee) — they followed his routine exactly, and positioned his visit cage just like home & gave him birdie salad every day ! Everyone has great experience & the time to work with you to best fit your bird & family concerns.
