Pharmacy drive-thru takes forever… A few times they’ve called saying my prescription and when I get there they say it’s not ready and I’ll have to come back. Very irritating.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude, even lacking compassion for those who are visibly. If you’re in thrasher corner, is highly recommend going to Freddy’s or Safeway instead.

The pharmacy is awful. Never use it. I’ve tried the drive-thru numerous times, and after waiting for 20 – 25 min, I always end up having to come inside. It’s like they completely forget they have a drive-thru. I’m done with this store.

I went in today for my flu shot. I waited at the counter for approximately 15 minutes. Not ONE person in the pharmacy even made eye contact with me. Yes, they were busy but really? Not even an «I’ll be right with you.» No thanks. This was the first and last time I will go in to that store.

Worst pharmacy ever. Don’t come here if you’re looking for good drive thru service or even good service at all. I left fred meyer 4+ years ago and for a while Walgreens really had it together, but they are now worse than FM or about as crappy! Nothing here runs smooth. The first time I needed to use the drive thru with my sick kids I waited over 25 minutes for service. The second time I drove thru to find out my doctors office hadn’t called in allergy medicine. I asked the pharmacy manager if she could just sell me some Zyrtec Otc and she responded rather grumpy that she was the only person working. I was literally there before they opened the window. It shouldn’t have been a huge deal.(And when a family member that uses bartells asked if they can buy otc meds at the window they were told not a problem.) This is something they should offer because when you’re sick(and have kids) it’s better than going inside and infecting others. Today was it. I am done with Walgreens. After my child was in the ER I dropped off meds to be filled. The man at the window told me 30 minutes and I said I would be back as soon as they were ready. I came back after 40 minutes and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and they weren’t finished being filled. Since there is only one window the male asked me to please circle around and«get back in line». This wouldn’t have been a problem, except by the time I went to circle 3 more cars got into the drive up line. I was furious and went inside with my sick and contagious kids. After getting my RXs taken care of I spoke with the pharmacy manager(the same woman who couldn’t sell me some Zyrtec for my allergies) and she said that they are having staffing issues. Within eye sight I saw 3 pharmacy staff, 2 pharmacists, and one other person working. How can the pharmacy not run on 6 people??? The drive up window shouldn’t take 25 minutes… And they shouldn’t ask people to drive back into line(which they’ve asked me to do 3 times now.) I wish I could give less than one star. I feel they don’t even deserve one star. Terrible. Oh and if you go in to wait on your RX inside the people at the makeup counter harass you and act like you’re trying to steal things. Continually asking if you need help, are doing okay. Even after you tell them you’re waiting on your pharmacy items. That makeup counter person is the second most obnoxious thing about Walgreens, after the entire pharmacy itself! Update: I contacted corporate offices who filed a complaint but I did not ever receive my call back within two days, as the corporate offices promised. I plan to follow up after the holidays. I have been here a few more times in the last month between my kids illness’ and my own. Last week while waiting on my own RX they«lost» a narcotic RX for a woman waiting in the waiting area with a broken arm. She was in so much pain. Nearly in tears while the staff checked everywhere looking for her pain meds that they had JUST filled. They literally went through all the bins twice. Looked all over. Spent over 20 minutes looking for these medications while this woman was pacing and saying how much she hurt. I’ve had a broken arm so I know how badly it hurts and I really felt bad for her to have to stand there because they can’t even find her Meds that they just filled. They did finally find it, thankfully for that customer. But clearly this pharmacy has got a lot of work to do, to get their sh*t together.

Small but close drug store with pleasant staff and good stockage. We got our Flu shots here and the wait was about 5 minutes. We appreciate that after hearing about the long lines elsewhere.

I will never ever ever in my entire life return to this Walgreen’s Pharmacy. I can see that I’m not alone. I recently went here to refill a prescription for a bladder infection. If you’ve ever had one, you’ll know that they can be quite painful. That day, I was in excruciating pain. When I dropped off my prescription, I was told that it would be about 30 minutes. *sigh* OK, I’m quite uncomfortable, but I need my antibiotics so I do what I can for the next 45 minutes.(Yes, I gave them an extra 15 minutes.) I finally go up to the counter and ask for my medicine. The lady looks and says that it’s not done yet and checks with some other lady. I see her flip through a stack of prescriptions for quite awhile. She finally finds mine and starts working on it. The lady returns and says that it’s going to be a few more minutes. So I wait another 15 minutes for a total of 1 hour for a «30 minute» prescription. At this point, the lady tells me that since this is a first time prescription, I will need to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist has actually been on the phone for as long as I’ve been waiting for my medicine. I was NOT going to wait for her to go through how to take a pill. I told the lady that I have taken antibiotics plenty of times before and that I was in a lot of pain and I did not want to speak to the pharmacist. She starts stammering and insisting that I needed to speak to the pharmacist for legal reasons. Before she could say anything else, I grabbed my meds and fled. Seriously… this place is ridiculous!

Pharmacy is really bad. Stay away. We haven’t had a single correct transaction with them. Fred Meyer across the street is no better. We haven’t tried Safeway yet, but will give them and Bartells a try.

ZERO rating for pharmacy if I could. Pharmacist insists«it’s the law» that a script from the doctor needs a diagnosis code. That’s a completely useless violation of patient confidentiality, and it’s even FALSE: the DEA does not require it, the federal government or the state government do not require it; but WALGREENS requires it because Walgreen was busted in Florida for bad record keeping so now they’re just making up rules. BARTELLDRUGS: no made-up rules, no hassle. Highly recommended.

The worst pharmacy. I have stopped coming here and now go to Rite Aid. The pharmacist used to refuse to refill my prescription even though I was suffering severely from asthma. My husband would have to fight with her. My doctor once had to call in and fight with the pharmacist. Worst place ever.

I have never had a problem with this location. Red box, medicine when I am sick and a occasional Arnold Palmer lol. Staff has always been nice and helpful to me.

Do they just restock seasonal stuff from last year? My money says they do. Almost everything here is messed with, either the boxes are open or torn. Even the hair color. Although I can buy professional hair color from Ed Wyse, I decided to be stupid and pick up some crap hair color from Walgreens. Although they carry I decent selection, most of the boxes were open. And I hate open boxes. I even hate open magazines. And now I hate Loreal hair lift cause that shit didn’t do anything but make my hair raw. There was one lady with red hair that worked in the make up section that was super nice and a pleasure to talk with about hair color. This woman deserves a raise. Oh, and they sell Irish Death– but they were sold out. So one star for the lady and one star for Irish Death, otherwise, don’t waste your time or money!

They have drugs, assorted medical supplies, and a generally ambivalent staff. The pharmacy staff has always been industrious and quick, if not particularly friendly. The cashiers always seem like they have something better to do. I go here, but only because it’s so close to my home.

I would have given it a 0 stars if it was possible. This is the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had in dealing with a business in US. We had ordered Visa photos from and opted for an overnight pickup at this store. The next day, when we went to pick up our prints, the store manager handed me an empty envelope which had all the order details and not the prints. When asked, he told us that the store does not process passport/visa pics and we’ll need to get the pics taken from that store. Heck what, we already paid for the photos online. Extremely rude customer service and they couldn’t care less for their customers. Stay far away from this place.

Since I wrote this review I have been filling my prescriptions at Bartell’s via their phone in service with no issue whatsoever. I would recommend going to the store next to the QFC on Bothell-Everett HWY; the pharmacists are patient and friendly and there’s never much of a wait. Avoid this Walgreen’s with your life.

Most of the times I stop here because is on my way to work. But sometimes the pharmacist staff can be rude and not caring. I try to avoid going in the afternoons early evenings. Like yesterday I needed my medicine for my toddler. So I picked up my medicine and the pharmacist not pharmacist technician assisted me. I have seen her before and is a nightmare. I feel I am talking to a piece of ice. There is no emotion on her and seems she hates her job and is bothered if you ask her questions. Is a pharmacist yes I have questions and yes is her job to be a people person. Please avoid her, she is usually around 7 pm.
