The Pet Place

I’ve tried several pet grooming facilities and The Pet Place has been the best! They have groomed my Bella and Jewel several times now and have always done a wonderful job! I’m done searching… this will always be the place I take my little girls! :-)

My bully breeds and my dogs with black nails have all been welcomed. Cindy and her crew are professional, fast, and really love their jobs. My dogs actually feel getting their nails trimmed is a pleasant outing.

Cindy and her staff are wonderful with the dogs. From what I’ve seen they do not power groom dogs and only do a handful a day, which leads to my pup being relaxed. They obviously care about the dogs and only do what the dog can tolerate. It’s just a bath for my dog but he’s in good hands.

Cindy and the Pet place are a AMAZING! My goldendoodle pup went to his first grooming appointment to a place near green lake. They traumatized him. I was nervous to take him anywhere else and I knew after my first over the phone call with Cindy that The Pet Place was the groomer for us. She had us bring him early so they could get to know him. They eased him into the grooming experience. He is a HUGE doodle. At the time he was about 55 – 60 pounds and 6 months old. He is now about 70. The first place we took him butchered his cute doodle face, messed up his ears and didn’t trim his hair between his pads properly. When I picked Ruxpin up I was nervous because of our bad experience with the other place and it was his first summer shave down. I showed up to a gorgeous cut, a cute little camo bandana, and a very happy puppy! He didn’t want to leave. He ran around saying goodbye to Cindy and her crew. He actually whined as we pulled away! Cindy and her staff took extra special care of my little man and made him look amazing to top it off. They are super affordable and this is his groomer from here on out. He actually has an appointment scheduled for Friday! Cindy is very friendly, professional, and stands by what she does. If you are looking for a great groomer you can trust take them here!!!

Full groom on my Lhasa, asked to trim her high top, not done, did not trim the face like I asked. Had the audacity to tell me that she was super sensitive & tough to work on her face. Which is so weird, bc I’ve had her groomed since she was a puppy (she’s seven now) and I’ve NEVER had anyone tell me that. Got in the car and noticed a huge chunk of her nose missing! I’m guessing he nicked her face & she wouldn’t let home near her. Her nails look like they were cut with a butter knife & torn off. Poor girl seems like she’s went through a torture chamber. I’ve NEVER had this bad of a service before & to think we gave them a 10 $ tip on top of everything. DO NOT TRUST UR BELOVED PETS WITH THESE Monsters!!. i will post pics. She doesn’t even look like they washed her, she has the worst pet dander I have ever seen. Never never going back. I don’t understand why they have such great reviews so disappointed, angry and upset! Never again
Poor baby

Great job. Had to find a new groomer for the cocker spaniel. Tried a couple of other places and was not happy with the results. The place rocks! Niki looked fabulous and was very happy with the groomer. What a nice change. Dozer had his nails trimmed and not even a fuss! Will highly recommend. Glad I booked my November apointment.

The crew at pet place has been amazing. Cindy gave our cocker her 1^st cut at about 3 months, and continued to groom her until we moved away for a short bit. While at a different groomer, something happened, that made our cocker scared to death to be groomed. Lucky for us, we moved back and Cindy took Sadie under her wing. The 1^st cut back took many hours, because of Cindy’s caring touch. When it got to be too much for Sadie, Cindy would put her back in the kennel, and just give her time to relax. We are now about 7 years back, and Sadie is happy as can be.

Cindy has been grooming our standard poodle for almost 10 years. He had been groomed professionally for 2 years prior. I was absolutely shocked the first time he got back from being groomed by Cindy that he did not have a single burn mark on him. For two years previous, I heard groomers tell me that he had sensitive skin and the poodle face, feet and sanitary area were always going to look like hamburger for a few days. Cindy has never, ever done that. She is amazing and my dog loves her. He gives her a hug whenever he sees her and besides me he doesn’t do that to anyone! She has helped us through, many nasty mats, hot spots and even fleas. I recommend Cindy to everyone.
