I took my truck in to have a dent fixed. I spoke to Clarity, who helped me setup the appointment, gather the insurance info, and arrange for a rental car. She was very friendly and helpful. My truck was done in a couple days, and it looked fantastic. They went the extra mile and gave my truck the best wash it has had in a long time. The manager, Dan, was also very friendly and helpful. The work looks fantastic, the service was excellent, and the turnaround time was really fast. I have another car that needs body work, and I’ll definitely be bringing it here.

I will bring my car here every time I have an issue from now on. They are so helpful and informative and work very easily with insurance. My car was completely like brand new in a very short time. I highly recommend these guys!

I had a horrible stain on my hood from a water sprinkler at my apartment complex. My insurance looked at the stain, and like me assumed I needed a scrub and then paint.
Fortunately, Clarity (her real name) at Carstar thought to perform a scrub, that would leave my original paint job in place. The final cost was less than 10% of what my insurance estimated the cost to be.
Afterwards, they washed the exterior, and vacuumed the interior.
When I need work on my car, I’m going to be giving these guys a call.

I dinged up my Lexus right after I bought it and was pretty upset. I looked around at my options but heard twice about CarStar in Bothell from my network. Power of a referral right?
CarStar treated me great and understood my need to get my car back ASAP and worked diligently to keep in touch with me and get the job done on time.
You would never know I had banged up my car. I felt treated fairly, and loved their transparency!

This place is super awesome and what’s magnificent is both the work that they do and the delivery on promises they make. I needed my car on a certain date and the Manager there promised me that he will get my car out that day. I knew it was going to be tight specially as parts were come from out of town, but they did it. The rental car place is right down the street, I walked there so you know you will have a ride to get out. I would absolutely without any hesitation fully recommend this place to anyone. I hope not to have a situation or be in a collision, but if I do then I know where my car is getting the repairs.

My car was not happy when I was in collision and when it was repaired by this Carstar shop it was repaired just like new. I appreciated the wonderful customer service and communication by the shop. I would send everyone I know there:)

Had a nasty hit to my car, this shop fixed it up like new. It looks better than it did before the accident. The shop stayed in constant communication with me about changes to the work being done, or timeline for completion. I always felt engaged and never felt left out of the decision process. The owner is a nice guy, and he knows his stuff well. It’s a great feeling knowing that my car was in good hands.
