So being that this is just a food court meal I wasn’t expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised. I just got some fried rice and sweet and sour chicken but it was very good. First, the chicken fingers were full size, not the small little breaded chicken pieces many quick places have. Next on my plate was the rice, which isn’t anything special. It was flavorful and not overly cooked. They gave me a ton of food. Tons of rice and 8 chicken fingers(usually you only get 4 or 5). All of this for 6 dollars so I can’t complain. It is definitely not restaurant quality but I would definitely recommend it for a quick bite. I know I will be there again to try some of the other items.

What should you expect from a mall Chinese restaurant… Something edible and tasty is the most basic answer I can think of. I came here because I was in training for the week, and wanted something other than a sandwich. I ordered chicken fingers, boneless ribs and fried rice. Everything looked tasty, but it wasn’t. The chicken fingers tasted like fish(old oil, same bucket of batter as their fried shrimp?), the rice was flavorless, the only saving grace was the boneless ribs which were well roasted, fatty and had a tasty glaze. Chinatown isn’t too far away, so if you craving Chinese food, walk another 2 blocks and pick up something of higher quality.

I’ve only gone here once, but the food was great and I got enough noodles for more than one meal, and delicious crab rangoons for less than $ 10. Across the street from my office, it’s definitely worth braving the shady corner mall for lunch!

The Chinese food here is the best I’ve had in a long time, and that’s weird since its a food court. There are two older people that work here that are always pleasant and enthusiastic about the food so it keeps me coming back. The oriental dumplings are delicious and so are the crab rangoon. I’m on my way there as I write this and I’m pretty excited about it!

It is located in the corner mall food court at downtown crossing. Quick service and good food. I ordered hot and sour soup and fried rice. Both were good.
