I ordered a salad on Monday and it was great, so I decided to get the same one today(Thursday). It was one of the worst things I have ever tasted. All the ingredients were old — the iceberg lettuce had started turning red, some of the romaine pieces were brown and mushy. The chicken was incredibly dry. It basically looked like they have used a week old ingredients. At the same time when you add chicken, the salad comes up to $ 10. Excuse me, but I expect something better for this price.

The last two times I went, my burger was so overcooked I felt like I was eating a hockey puck.

NEU Uburger is pretty decent comparing to the price. The Combo cheese burger/burger is a bargain for only 6.90 and fills you up but Keep in mind the fries are awful, their black and greasy.

NEU has a pretty diverse range of food options. I don’t like most of them. I’ve had enough Kigo bowls to last me until graduating in May. So just moments ago in the mayhem that is the student center, I saw a clear path leading to UBurger. Upon asking if there was a veggie burger option, I was told that everything can be made vegetarian. Love it. I made my own veggie burger with the following: fried jalapenos, banana pickles, pickles, onions, tomato, lettuce, chipotle sauce and spicy mustard. Seeing a theme? My nose is currently dripping and my eyes are a little watery. Thank you UBurger for giving me exactly what I needed on this previously doldrum Thursday. Service was actually efficient, given that 10 other people had ordered before me. The lady at the register was very nice and gave me some extra ketchup packets without me asking for them.

can you say slowwwwww service. even if there isn’t a line, there is always a long wait. I really like the burgers and the fries, the chicken was disgusting, I was in a dark lit room, so I can’t be sure, but it tasted undercooked — ugh

First, service is slow. You can see the staff really taking their time in the back. Still, they managed to somehow miss my order of just fries, calling numbers above and below, and then numbers wayyy above before I finally had to remind them. I literally finished my frappé(mint oreo, which looks like grey sludge but tastes alright) before I got my order: fries dumped straight into the bag. The fries are nothing remarkable. In fact, they just taste like salt and oil and are kind of gross. Most have their skins on. Only thing nice about them is their large quantity, which may just to be to make up for forgetting my order. Should also mention that I got a veggie burger on a previous visit — also nothing remarkable and not worth the $ 5 I paid. Definitely never coming back to this Uburger, even though I have a coupon. Better to save money and eat burgers and fries at a Northeastern dining hall– they’re made by the same people and are pretty much the same thing. Or buy something from Kigo Kitchen next door, which provides faster service and better value.

The yuppie burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spread with mayo and ketchup is satisfying yet not greasy and over the top. The grand slam is always great with everything you ever need. I’m never a fan of their fries since they’re fried to an overly crispness but wash it down with Seagrams ginger ale and all is good. Especially since the collegiate coupon book for buy one combo and get a burger free makes it more legit. The service is quick and the people are nice. If you ever need extra sauce don’t hesitate to ask, they have them prepped in small containers.

Awesome new location for UBurger that opened the other day. What the guys who own it have been able to do nicely is keep the quality and taste consistent when they open new locations. Prices are reasonable and the food is outstanding. Don’t skip getting a frappé — it’s the highlight of the meal for sure. Handcut fries and great burgers. The buns are wild. Also — to mix it up, try the chicken sandwiches. Grilled is good, but the true winner is any of the chicken sandwiches crispy. They hand bread and grill them right there on the spot! This location is open to the public too — not just NEU students. Clean, new and nice. Well done.

Really stoked about the UBurger addition to the revamped Curry Student Center at Northeastern. I had heard a number of good things in the past, so I’ve really been anticipating getting the chance to get a crack at my first NU-style Uburger. After devouring my burger-based creation, it’s safe to say that they this burger joint is going to be just as big as Northeastern State of Mind with the student body. I ordered a make-your-own version, which I’m officially dubbing the Husky Heat: fried jalapenos, salsa, guacamole, and grilled onions. DAMN, it was really good. The toasted buns were a perfect touch, and the ingredients were noticeably fresh. Also, even though the place was absolutely mobbed on it’s official opening day, I really didn’t have to wait that long, so I have to give a «hell yeah» to the solid service. And I even got to keep my order under $ 8, including a drink, which is perfect for my college-sized budget.(Sorry Panera, it’s not you, it’s me. I just need some space, and you’re killing my wallet). It’s safe to say that I’ll be back in frequency.
