I came in today because I needed my wedding band cleaned. I had my child with me and was worried the sales associates would not be pleased. She was well behaved and I appreciated that Customer Service was kind to her and very efficient. My daughter, while only six, has already picked it her future jewelry. Thank you for the great service.

It’s definitely a love/​hate relationship I have with you. I love you for all the great pieces you have and in outstanding quality… I hate you for the hole you burn through my wallet…

Tiffany’s customer service is the best… I had a keychain with a piece that kept coming undone, and even though the keychain was a bit weathered, they let me exchange it without question for something I liked better.
All the jewelry I have has always been perfect. Never a problem with any pieces.
Now, Tiff, just one request. Stop closing early all the time! It makes me so sad to see your big double doors closed in Copley when all the other stores are still open!
