I would rate their Product selection at a solid 3 stars. Decent for the size, about what i expect. The customer service, however has been inexcusable. I have had three distinct interactions. First, I went in to find an item, gave them the make, model and color i was looking for and simply asked if all their stock was on display or if there was a chance they had the color i was looking for in the back. the sales associate came back with a completely different brand and make of item. Second, I had a gift I wanted to exchange for another color. The issue i had was not the difficulty of the return, but the inconsistent responses from the employees. I was told twice over the phone that they would be able to make the change, and twice at the counter that they were unable to make it happen. The third incident for me was with my gift registry. I contacted the store three times in an effort to set up an appointment to add gifts to the registry in person. I emailed the address on the website and waited 4 weeks for a response. I went in person to say that i had not received an email response, and was told that my information would be passed along and to expect a call. I waited another four weeks and then called and was also told that my contact information would be passed on, but was never called. The cherry on top, however, came in the form of an email from their online customer service. There are four ways to get to your registry online. I was having trouble finding the button to delete the registry. The response email used terms for the navigation buttons than the website!!! The directions were so vague that they actually made the search more difficult. Needless to say i will not be back anytime soon and have closed my registry.

Called to ask if I could buy an item over the phone, and hold it to be picked up. The first lady I spoke with said yes, but they didn’t have the item. Then I went online to pick another item, and called and spoke to a guy, and asked the same thing, and he said no, it has to be bought in person,(you cant take credit cards over the phone??) but could be held. I asked about a different item, they said it was in stock, but the person whose name it is in has to be the same person picking it up, another stupid rule. But they took the name and said it would be held. When the person arrived, there was nothing on hold, but they said they have one, and gave it to them. When they got home, it was the wrong item. Incompetent.

Their selection is decent and prices are fine but they need to work on their customer service. We did a cooking class there and we were the only ones and they rushed us through it so quickly! I get it you want to go home but it’s not our fault you didn’t sell more seats. Also, their hours are usually wrong on their website. They are good at correcting their mistakes but it’s best to not make the mistakes in the first place.

NOTE: The 1⁄5 rating is NOT based on the merchandise this store offers, rather their lack of customer service. I went into the store KNOWING what I wanted. They carried the items however not in the color that I had hoped The store was empty. There were 5 girls just hanging out and none approached me. I finally walked over to two of them who were in a very engaged conversation. Regular customer service suggests that they stop their gossip time and help the customer. NOPE. I STOODTHEREANDWAITEDFORTHEMTOFINISH. Then one of them turned to me and said«question ?» What do you think lady that I’m standing here listening to you?(I obviously didn’t say this). I asked them if my items came in a different color(which the vendor provides I just wanted to know if they have it in stock). The girl said«I haven’t seen them in a while. So I guess we don’t have them. « Sigh. She didn’t even bother to go check the back or offer a different solution. This makes me really sad especially because I really like this store.

the bestest store on earth for kitchenware/cookware/mostwares. they have such a extensive selection of items at reasonable prices, way more reasonable than WS. esp at sales in the summer/winter. amazing deals! the cooking classes are so fab, making it the 5+ star store! instructor aaron is the most knowledgeable chef, i’ve learned sooo much from his classes, very useful at home. his team of helpers are all so funny and fun. great classes with yummy food/recipes. love love love this place, it’s like a second home to me now. :D

The Christmas Cookie baking class was fabulous! There were only 4 of us in class, which I imagine is rare, so we got a lot of personal attention. The instructor was friendly, helpful, informative, and gave us some great tips. I was so happy to have a giant box of cookies to take home with me to get a jump start on making Christmas cookies!
