Crappy weak coffee. Staff to busy to swap it out. Had to wait in a long line again. Got another watered down coffee.

I really need to write in about this Starbucks, because the group that works here goes above and beyond, every time I go here. First of all, Iv’e been patronizing this Long wharf Starbucks for at least five years now. I may not see the crew that works here for 4 or five month stretches, but they always seem to remember me and even remember what I drink! Really nice, big smiles and very accommodating. As busy as this place seems to be, it is always clean and organized. It seems like the same 6 or 7 people have been working here for years and I really want to give them a good word for literally years of great service. Thanks!

Avoid this Starbucks location at all costs! This is a franchise Marriott unit, but the line was insanely long. The staff does not seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Stay away unless you want to wait more than 40 minutes for your morning brew!

Do not go to this hotel Starbucks location. Service is rude and curt, and prices are higher. The combination of the two are outrageous. If you work there and are reading this review, this not is particular to the two morning staffers who intentionally only speak in Spanish. No thank your, have a nice day, good to see you as other Starbucks location provides including NYC or the one down the street. Do not go.

Located on the first floor of the Long Wharf Marriott, the brew is just so-so. The staff varies greatly in friendless. I’ve even experienced rudeness. I think there is a large turnover of staff members, thus there is always a learning curve making it hard to get a good cup of coffee here. I recommend walking a few blocks down along the harbor walk to a better Starbucks.
