Pret A Manger

Buffalo chicken Hot wrap is awful. They keep bragging about their food being natural with no additives, well how about adding some tasty flavors to your food!!! It was just extremely spicy and the blue cheese sauce had a very bad smell, not the blue cheese kind of smell. definitely not going back ever.

Better than I expected. You walk in and it’s all prepared sandwiches and stuff. But they’re fresh and the banh mi sandwich was enjoyable with a great crusty bread.
Service is quick and the prices are just right. A-​Ok by me.

I came to this location after being treated rudely by Cynthia and also the total lack of any sandwiches at the one near Copley Square, and the two ladies that worked here had this place up and running with a beautiful wall of sandwiches, including the Mediterranean one that I had been craving!
I’ll be ONLY patronizing this store. The other store has no sandwiches and refuses to make any after 6:30 PM, even though they close at 10. Sounds like someone’s is either a) being really lazy after the boss leaves for the day, or b) is trying to impress someone in corporate by keeping their food costs really low, so low that there isn’t anything for the lowly customers to purchase!
Go here. This place rocks and the gals that work here are sweet!!!

Poor service. I ordered a large iced coffee and the woman working gave me a cup that was a quarter empty. When she realized my dissatisfaction, her response was «room for milk, right?»
I drink my coffee black.

Pret was my lunch staple when I lived in NYC so I was delighted when I passed by this location. The food is always fresh and tasty. I typically stop by here for a quick bite after doing a little shopping in the area. I wish they had more locations in Boston.

Love! Pret is really great for grab ‘n go lunches. I work across the street from this location and find the employees to be really delightful. They’re all super friendly and are excited and willing to help without being overbearing. Sometimes they have someone standing outside with a wheel you can spin to win free lunch items.
I find that the food is fairly priced for what you get — fresh made items daily. My co-​workers go crazy for the Bang Bang Chicken wrap, but try out the Spicy Shrimp with Cilantro wrap — delicious! If you’re living on the wild side/​can spare a few extra calories for the day then also make sure you grab a bag of the Chicago style popcorn — white cheddar popcorn mixed with buttery caramel popcorn — yum!

Ultra fresh ingredients, fast & friendly service, and a vet pleasant ambience. I especially like the fact that they do not sell «day old» food – every that remains on the shelves at closing time is donated to charities that feed hungry people.

Awesome fresh food! You just walk in, grab what you want, pay and go! And it’s fresh and really really yummy!

Conveniently located across the street from where I work, I like to come in sometimes to get a good sandwich for lunch. The food is fresh, the staff is super friendly (especially for Boston), and I’m happy to support their business because they donate the left over food to nearby charities to help the hungry.

This is an OK place to get lunch. Oddly enough, when I grab a sandwich, it doesn’t seem that fresh. The soups are good, albeit a bit salty at times. Quick and convenient and good for once in a while!

A few years ago I studied abroad in London, and Pret A Manger is everywhere there. It was good food, available extremely quickly, for a reasonable price. I always enjoyed it when I was on the go.
When Pret first moved into Boston last year, I was pretty excited. The first one opened up on Boylston (not this location) right near my office. I’ve been there and to this newer location down the street a few times, and while it’s still a pretty good option for a quick meal to go, it’s not quite as fresh-​tasting or as inexpensive (relatively) as their London locations.
Their coffee is only so-​so — I’ve tried it a couple times and I won’t be trying it again.
I’ve had a couple soups, which are usually good if a little salty, and a few different sandwiches. One thing I never liked about Pret (no matter where in the world I was) was that a lot of their sandwiches have mayo. A LOT of them. And I hate mayo, so that kind of limits my choices a bit. I recently had a balsamic chicken with avocado, which was alright, but didn’t have a hint of balsamic flavor and didn’t taste all that fresh. It was also over $ 6, which is a wee bit steep for a sandwich made on some pretty ordinary wheat bread. That was literally one of two options that didn’t have mayo on it in their sandwich section, since many of the shelves were bare. It was the end of hte day, though.
One of my favorite sandwiches I’ve had was one of the ones they toast in the back… I’m don’t remember exactly what was on it, but there was chicken and cheese, and it tasted quite good hot. Next time, I’ll try one of the baguette sandwiches.

Excellent high qualtiy grab and go offerings. Excellent sandwiches, salads, yogurt, etc. Healthy and fresh. Everything hand made.
Wish there were more stores like this around the country.

These places are all over NYC so it’s a nice treat that one opened on Boylston Street. I ordered their lentil soup and it was awesome. My ultimate favorite thing to get is the Vietnamese shrimp roll. It’s very light and refreshing. There tuna salad was great I love capers so it was a great treat that they were in there. With every order there’s a complimentary roll and the staff are efficient and friendly.
There’s plenty of space in this place too so there’s always room to sit, and savor your food!

Having been to a few Prets in London I was excited to learn Boston now sports two right on Boylston St. Great food! Fast, flavorful and fresh. Great upbeat clean environment and the most friendly service hands down! Always a fan and returning often.

Love bar is INDEED made with love! Sandwiches are good, soups good… Price is ok for it being back bay… Great when hitting a picnic and need food quickly because you were in charge of sandwiches and forgot!

Yum! I actually came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago after being uninspired by the offerings at SweetGreen down the street. On my first visit I went a little overboard and got the Market Fresh salad with the dijon vinaigrette, a Yoga Bunny Detox juice, a small moroccan lentil soup, and a pecan bar for dessert. All of that set me back $ 16. I am still trying to understand the idea of portion control…
I have been back many times since and have enjoyed every visit. It’s quick because everything is pre-​made for dining there or take out. In fact, Pret a Manger prepares most of the food daily and donates whatever is left at the end of business hours to homeless shelters in the area.
If they shelves seem empty, I’ve learned through observation that it’s because they are constantly making fresh foods and refill the shelves as items are prepared.
Very happy to have a Pret in Boston and is totally worth a visit (or several if you’re like me)!

The best combination of fast food promptness, value, and quality I have ever seen.
Everything is freshly pre-​made and «ready to eat», which is the English translation of «Pret A Manger». Sandwiches (hot and cold), wraps, salads, and soups.
I had a quinoa chili and a Chipotle Shrimp wrap. The chili (vegetarian) was very flavorful with lots of beans and quinoa. It was pretty good.
But OMFG was the wrap great– lots of super fresh shrimps. Flavor bursts of fresh cilantro. Great spicy chipotle mayo. It was stellar, just stellar !
It’s a very cool place with lots of young people hanging out, free wifi, trash cans with compartments that recycle everything.
If I worked downtown, this would be my go to place.

I love Pret! They have the best ready made sandwiches and the croissants are super buttery and fluffy! I haven’t tried their soups yet but they also look delicious. This location is right across the street from the Pru and is super convenient. The ready made food are stocked on the left wall and there are tables to sit and eat at after. Check out is pretty fast too so you don’t waste a lot of time on that.
It’s an awesome place to get some quality food at a decent price if you are in a hurry!

The sandwiches are totally decent, there are so many checkout stations that you can’t help but get a quick lunch, and the coffee station is easily accessible. And today, the hot chocolate was «made with love.» I’m glad to have this place near work!
