Helpful with gluten free, including the gluten-free fries. Staff are super friendly and focused.

B. good makes some tasty burgers. I ordered using their online app for the first time and it was super easy. You can customize your order in a lot of different ways, and the interface is very intuitive. I had a free burger and fries on my account, and the app automatically applied them with no glitches. My order was ready when I arrived on site for pick up. Props to the team for designing such a great app! I ordered the el guapo burger($ 6.99), which comes with bacon, jalapeño coleslaw, and ranch. The burger was tasty but a bit on the small side for the price. However, I know b. good really tries to source everything organically and from local farmers and producers, so I think you are paying for a higher quality product and supporting local businesses. I also like the creativity of their burgers and the different ingredients that they use that are different from standard burger joints(like the jalapeño slaw). Fries($ 2.99) were hand-cut so a bit on the thicker side, but were nicely fried and salted. I also wanted to give a big props to the company for offering so many awesome promotions. I receive a free shake on my card every couple of months, and they are always offering freebies like a side with a purchase or a shake on St Patrick’s Day or something like that. If you download their app you also get a free burger on your birthday.

Overall I’ve grown to really enjoy the food at b.good. However, –1 star for the service. As others have mentioned there is almost never anyone at the cash register when you walk in, and there is a 50⁄50 chance your order is either wrong or they forgot something. I try to look past this because I like the food, but it bugs me.

I generally am a big fan of bgood, but this location doesn’t stand up to the brand name. First, the good: the food is tasty and consistent, just like all other bgoods that I’ve been to. And two thumbs up for growing their mint in-house. Yay for local, reasonably healthy food! Now, the bad. The service at this location is just abysmal. Whether at 9pm at night, in the middle of the lunch rush, or… as right now… at the completely quiet Sunday mid-afternoon, this place is hopeless. The food takes twice as long as other bgoods, there is never anyone at the register when you come in(unless there is a huge line as well), and you’ve only got a 50⁄50 shot of the order being correct. Note to self: stick to the Dartmouth location from now on.

We order from this place over the phone regularly. I continue to be amazed that they manage to screw up our orders almost every time. For example, you always have to remind them to give you a cup if your order had a fountain drink. French fries are hit or a miss, so always check your bag to make sure that they are in there. If they cannot locate your food, tell them to check on top of the microwave; they do that a lot. Lastly, if they tell you that your food will be ready in 20 minutes, remember that they are operating with a margin of error of +/-10 minutes. Good times.

this is my favorite b good location because of how awesome the décor and layout is! there’s a mini garden inside and they use those herbs in their food. i saw mint being grown in there last time. does not get more local and fresh than that! although it is a fast food/quick serve place, the environment feels so lively and cozy. in general, i have always been a fan of b good because i love what they stand for – real food fast. they support small local farmers and business owners. they make it possible for people who work in the area to get healthy and delicious food quickly. every season, they feature a different burger and salad – always using the ingredients that are available locally. i wouldn’t generally trust a burger place to make good salads but b good is definitely an exception! their salads are well balanced, extremely tasty, creative, and very hearty. i like how you can go the healthy route here with fresh juices, salads, and grain bowls but also indulge in things like bacon cheeseburgers and chocolate ice cream milkshakes. there hasn’t been a single time where i ordered something and didn’t like it. join their loyalty program for freebies – they email you to come get free shakes every now and then. if you download the app, you also get a free kale bowl

This is my favorite«fast food» place. I love that everything is local and fresh, you can tell by the mint that they have growing along the bar. Nothing is frozen and it is a healthy alternative to fast food. My go to here is normally the southwest chicken salad and 3 green smoothie, although I have tried most of the other item offered. They use fresh produce for the smoothie no syrup or concentrate. The kitchen is open and you can see you food cooked right in front of you. I work around the corner so I order often. The best part is they have an app that you scan and sometimes receive free goodies that you can use of donate.
