Ordered food online. Called after i placed it to verify how long the delivery wait would be and was told 45 minute. I called 1 hour and 10 minutes later wondering where my food was and the nasty young lady who answered the phone was very rude and told me that it should arrive in ten minutes or so. I asked her if she was sure and she had an attitude, I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed he was not there, the managers brother came on the phone and I asked him to please verify how long it would take for my order. After a long hold I am told that they never made my order, that my order was not on the way, and that they did not charge me for it. My credit card shows the charge for this order.
Shitty customer service. No idea how the food tastes, never received it.

Excellent food! Ordered via Grubhub at rush hour and my food was here in 45 minutes. Sub was burn-​your-​mouth hot and this garlic bread is to DIE for. I was worried about the semi-​complicated order (my son hates cheese but I love it so my food was all over the place in terms of personalizations) but iPizza got every item just perfect. Delivery driver was prompt and friendly. I’ll definitely be ordering again and am relieved I might finally have delicious, reliable take-​out.

This pizza was fantastic. A small group of us came here for lunch after a day at the beach and had the large pizza special — 2 16″ cheese pizzas for only $ 17. We highly recommend this little pizza place, it was very good!

iPIZZA is a small restaurant with a huge variety of food choices. With a staff that upholds its business with excellent customers service. The pizza is really good and competively priced. They always deliver fast and have never given me an issue. They are the better of restaurants in the area. Also they have the best deals on their menu my favorite being the «family deal» a large cheese pizza, 10 piece wings, large fries, and a 2 liter beverage for about 19 bucks which is the best deal around. If you live in the south Boston Area I really would recommend this place for a great order out night.

I can’t imagine what the bad reviews on here ate but honestly, every time I order from them the food is FANTASTIC. This place is 5+ stars and not to disparage other reviewers, but I’ve ordered from them more than 25 times and every single time the food has been great– this is no fluke.
Even my Italian mother who’s the best cook in the world liked their food when I ordered it when she visited and let me tell you, she’s the harshest critic ever.
Amazing wraps, subs, pasta, etc. So much better than anyone else in Southie and I’ve tried just about every place here. Food from iPizza tastes like someone cared when they made it. Prices are completely reasonable as well. Again, not sure what could’ve happened to the negative reviewers but let me assure you, their stuff is high quality and tasty as all get up.
Not to mention that they are SUPER fast and very accommodating. I order through Grubhub with special instructions and they always get it done the way I ask– apologized the other night and gave me a bunch of free drinks for showing up 5 minutes late which was funny because they had my huge order to my house in 35 minutes– so not sure why they thought they were late but it was nice!
Net: you’re missing out on the best takeout, service and food in Southie. Nothing comes close in the area if you’re on the hunt for subs, wraps, or pasta that’s homemade and quality. The only thing they do that’s «on par» with other places is their salads– they’re still good, but not great. But if you want a fancy salad then you’re probably not going to find it in take out anyways.

Best in the area, for sure. Great food, friendly and courteous staff, clean as a whistle. Only more room for tables could make it any better, but heck, they deliver! So, no big deal. These guys are great.

I love iPizza! I literally eat from this place a couple times a week, and I’m a huge fan of their pizzas! Pepperoni is my favorite, but I actually love the «House Special» just as much as my beloved pepperoni! The food is so good! The pizza is never heavy or greasy, and the crust is nice and light. The food always arrives in a reasonable amount of time. The older gentleman that’s delivered my food on various occasions is super friendly and nice, as well as, their other delivery staff! I’ll definitely keep ordering from this spot!

So these people know be name, can probably guess the order I am going to place and have some of the best food. We order here probably at least 3 times a month on busy nights for a quick meal. BLT turkey wrap is my fav, onion rings are the BEST, hot wings are the best I have had from a pizza joint and there menu has a good variety for everyone. Delivery is fast and we have really never had anything messed up.

Really yummy boneless buffalo wings. I made a mistake with my first order and they re delivered almost 10 minutes after I called. This is my new go to for buffalo wings.

Love it, good food, good prices, great customer service, and fast delivery. Totally recommend it

Pizza is pretty good subs too. The guy at the counter is attentive and polite which is a plus in my book

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I don’t think I’ve had a bad meal since. All of the employees are friendly and personable, they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience at their shop. It’s a good food and reasonably priced, great for takeout as the interior is so small.
The salads aren’t always the freshest, but certainly not to the point where it’s not consumable, but I’ve had that experience at all the local pizza shops and it’s still what I order 99% of the time. The subs and fries are good too.

I just love this place they have the best pizza in town, and their pastas are better then most high end restaurants i always get the shrimp scampi ziti pasta its a big amount of pasta plate i recommend it to anyone that stops by there. over all its the best food, excellent customer service and the workers there are very friendly.

Awful low quality food. Overpriced. Haven’t had a worse quality burger in my life. Save your money and get MCD instead

I honestly think this place is as good as it gets around in the area. Reasonable prices for great food. I’ve ordered delivery from these guys several times already. They’re always extremely friendly, no bullshit, respect boundaries (pet-​peeve of mine is that deliverymen try to come through my door). A few items that I highly recommend are their chicken cutlet sub, italian cold cut sub, meatball parm sub, ipizza calzone (bacon ranch and chicken calzone) and any of their pizzas. The sandwiches are always fat and generous for the amount you’ll be paying. All of the veggies they use in any of their subs or pizzas are fresh, and you’ll be able to see that. Their chicken tenders, buffalo wings and regular wings are great too. Their fries need a little bit of an improvement in the seasoning department but better than a lot of the other locations within the Dorchester area.

I’ve ordered here several times for delivery, I’ve had steak & cheese, BLT sanchwich, burger, chicken wings, pizza, pasta ect their food are fresh, flavorful & delish. Generous portions with reasonable priced. Friendly service.

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap from here twice. Both times were quick and the wrap was delicious! I’d order again. The guys who are here always friendly and it’s nice to see a place that has some energy too it. A nice addition to the area, it’s always cool to see a run down building turn into a business. I hope it does well!
They have a super bright flood light which is nice because you can’t miss the place. The people on the phone were always less surely than the folks at Andrew square house of pizza.
Interior is small, so plan on grabbing your grub to go, but other than that solid place.

Just not good food. Overpriced and low quality. Don’t order the caesar salad.
