This tiny little place has the absolute best breakfast sandwiches. I usually get the bacon, egg & cheese on an onion bagel and it’s out of this world! The fact that I have the option to get homefries on my sandwich is great. This place is my go-to when I’m just in the mood for some greasy food! They have an awesome lunch menu, too. A nice selection of fresh sandwiches and much more. The staff-always friendly. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Ask for the roast beef on bulky roll, mayo, onion. You will die and go to heaven.

Typical Mom & Pop shop. Great breakfast sandwiches. Home fries on my sandwich? Don’t mind if I do. Fast service and good food. Great coffee too!

Best breakfast sandwiches in Southie. Small place with weird hours but absolutely worth it. Love their breakfast sandwiches on sub rolls. Definitely a local hangout but they didn’t seem to care about the yuppies coming through.

Best.breakfast.ever. I dream about this place at night. E&As is a gem. They make their breakfast sandwiches with a side of home fries in the sandwich. Get there early, because they close after lunch!

You only need to go into this place a few times before they remember your order and treat you like family. They even pack a side order of dog treats for my dog!

Wow, the first to review? Neat. Here for a conference, I decided not to eat lunch at any of the places they recommended. I want to eat like a local, and that usually means food wrapped in something. But it’s Boston. I think I’m the most fluent Spanish speaker in a 10-block radius. So I am walking down Summer, and I see a sign for a place that only serves breakfast and lunch. I thought, «I bet it’s a covered kiosk with a couple tables outside to sit at.» I was right. Standard grill fare: sandwiches, burgers, breakfast«burritos.» And they also sell newspapers, cigarettes, lottery tickets, bags of chips, etc. Everything you need for a hard day of work at the harbor. It’s Boston, so they talk funny, but if you live there and read this, you’ll say, «What do you mean?» or whatever the Boston equivalent is. This place is fine for what it is – something to eat for $ 5. And I save my company money because I won’t have to expense a $ 20 lunch.
