The biggest asset of this place is the building itself — built recently, good amenities (club room, tv room, rooftop w/​grills). It is also pet friendly, which is a huge plus. The rent is more expensive than others in the immediate area but cheaper than similar buildings downtown. It is also near Coolidge Corner, Washington Sq, and all the eateries in Allston. Management has turned over a few times and is just ok.
