Don’t make the same mistake I did, save yourself the headache and don’t order from this place. If it was possible to give NO stars, that would be my rating. Horrible customer service, was told delivery would be 30min, waited over an hour. I called twice to check on the order, and each time was reassured that it would be «literally any minute, I promise». When the driver came, I went outside to meet him and he started driving away, I called him and he said he would be back in ten minutes after another delivery. DONOTGIVETHEMBUSINESS!!!

Solid pizza, awesome fro-yo. No atmosphere if you’re sitting down in the shop, but the food is good enough it doesn’t matter.

Tried to go here twice to get food and no one came to take my order. The second time the person saw me standing there and didn’t come to me. I have never in my life tried to order food somewhere and get ignored. There is a vending machine that blocks the sight of the employees. Extremely disappointed, terribly run business. Deserves zero stars and. by the way the pizza slices look sub par. Both times I’ve went in the place has been empty which isn’t surprising. Not sure how they expect to stay in business I certainly won’t be back.

Review based on PICK-UP order for HAWAIIAN pizza BEST pizza I’ve had in Boston. Seriously. The crust is perfection, the dough is a happy medium between chewy and crunchy, and the hawaiian pizza(replaced the ham for sausage) is freaking BOMB. Literally made my night after a disastrous 3 hour commute home in the freak blizzard we had yesterday.

Terrible service, rude as all hell and delivered my food wicked cold. I don’t usually call and complain cause I know what it’s like to be on their end of the fence but with the response I got last night from the«owner» over my fouled order, shameful. You’ll go out of business fast if both the delivery driver and the owner treat people the way I was treated. Never ordering again and advising everyone I know to stay away from this place.

Food took two hours to arrive, so over an hour longer than the predicted arrival time on Unilocal. When the driver got here, he demanded a tip and made rude comments about how I was being rude and next time it will take 3 hours(keep in mind, the pizza place is a block from my house). WIll NEVER order again

In my neighborhood and open until 3AM… can’t complain, especially since the pizza is pretty damn good. I’d say it’s on par with Dominos or Pizza Hut. Prices are decent, the slices are big, and the service is warm. I can call, order(without giving them my name), and within 10 – 15 minutes my pizza has always been ready for pick up.

Natalie’s deserves way more credit. For one, they’re open until 3am which is awesome when you’re hungry really late and no where else is open. Also, they’re pizza is so satisfying. It’s your standard greasy Greek slice, you can’t go wrong! In a nutshell, Natalie’s is tasty, satisfying, inexpensive late night food! Nothing fancy and nothing sub par.

Absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever been served. Ordered Chicken parm. The chicken was like those chicken patties your middle school used to serve all dark meat tendon riddled with a texture of jelly they couldn’t even fry it properly likely due to the fact they haven’t changed their oil since last fall. Also got chicken broccoli alfredo the pasta was mush not fit for a dog with diced precooked frozen chicken topped with canned mushrooms with a very light obviously canned alfredo sludge. The owner accused me of wanting free food. The only thing I wanted was for his driver and a hazmat team to come remove the toxic waste he sent to me. If you want to be sick to your stomach and eat food not fit for a pigs trough then Natalie’s is the place for you!

Best pizza in Allston! And best 2am pizza you’ll ever get! Staff here is incredibly friendly and I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved to Boston.

My favorite pizza in Allston. The pizza is thick and meaty and the price is the best in Allston. The waiters often appear stoned but they get the job done. Best value!

I remember coming in here the very first night they were open over 20 years ago! I’ve been here on sporadic occasions for 2am slices after drinking. Now I am grown up but still like pizza. After a good workout I needed some quick food on a Sunday night. I decided to grab a slice. Now, mind you their pizza isn’t all that great(very greasy) but I figured it’d be quick. I noticed that person in line before me snagged the last on the tray. I asked the kid behind the counter if they were all out of slices. He replied«Pepperoni and cheese». So I asked for a slice of cheese, figuring he was gonna pull one out of teh oven and slice it up for the case. But he actually made a whole new pie. Which is fine(although they could’ve had that done already-looked pretty dead in there from my vantage point). I kinda didn’t feel like waiting so I asked if he was making a new one. Maybe he didn’t hear me or he ignored me but I had to wait 20 minutes for a crappy slice of $ 3 cheese pizza when I coulda gone down the block and got one quicker. Finally it came. Then I noticed that the spices that were chained up right on the counter were empty. The pizza kinda sucked(I knew it would, that wasn’t the point). The kid working there would’ve been better had he acted like a human being instead of a stoned slothboy with his sweatpants falling half off his ass. Last thing I want to do is see the underwear of a guy serving me my food. Management must’ve had the Sunday night off. I woulda fired his ass. Not going back.

Simply my favorite pizza here in Allston. I always order the Carnivore’s Delight! I’ve never seen many people there but the food is excellent and ideal for take out mainly.

This place is freakin disgusting. The only reason this place is even operating is because they deliver really late into the night, when drunk college students don’t feel like bad Chinese food. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this place. Not only does it take them 1.5 hours + to deliver your shitty food, but sometimes they overcharge you. Just go to bed and get breakfast on campus the next morning. You’ve probably made tons of mistakes as it is that night; you don’t want to end the night with the biggest mistake of all and eat the crap food here.

Okay, okay… so if you show up and order a slice, it’ll suck. It’s really bad. BUT– they make an awesome fresh pizza. It’s never really ever the same, but that makes it fun. Sometimes the sauce has a nice spicy kick, other times the cheese is a little overcooked… but it’s usually pretty darn good every time. We order delivery about once a week– they’re fast and accurate.

Considering we basically live above this place, I had high expectations of having decent drunk food. Just don’t. I am pretty sure I got food poisoning and it was not only the grossest pizza(and drunk pizza), but one of the grossest tastes I have ever had. The pain I was in the next day was enough a convincing factor that something was majorly wrong with this pizza. The crust was good, but the pizza was a major fail. The cleanliness of the place also concerns me, from the counter to the floors.

I don’t know why more people don’t know about this place. It’s a hidden gem and a pizza place that I always eat at if I’m looking for a guilty late night dinner or when I’m drunk. The pizza here is a bit pricey, but I think it’s totally worth it. The guys make the pizza fresh when you order it so it can take a while. Once you order, the guy disappears to the back and doesn’t really come out to check up on you, but who cares. He’s hard at work making the pizza! The pizza is not a thin, NY style. The crust is thick and soft. In general, the pizza is more doughey than crispy. The Natalie’s Special is my favorite, which is like the Supreme pizza for most pizza parlors. They are super generous with the cheese so that when you tear off a piece, the cheese gets everywhere. The fries here are also one of my favorites. It definitely tastes like a potato, but it is SUPER crunchy. It’s one of those thick fries, but it retains a crispy exterior so you can hear every bite. I try not to get it too often because it’s so unhealthy, but if there were no consequences to eating poorly, I would come to Natalie’s more frequently.

First beautiful day of spring, we decided to walk somewhere to grab some sandwiches without going too far into the depths of Allston. Ended up at Natalie’s that had all the doors open. Nobody was at the counter. There were the remains of someone’s lunch on one of the tables, but no other sign of life. We waited, and made noise, and peeked around but nothing. The kitchen was wide open… but nobody in sight. We waited for about 20 mins before we went home and ordered from Charlie’s, which was delicious and arrived promptly. They lost quite a few customers that afternoon. Sorry Natalie’s.
