Dunkin’ Donuts

Took 10 minutes to get an egg white flatbread. There was no line. There were 4 employees working, and no one started making my sandwich until the manager asked me what I was waiting for. I had already put my order in. Honestly disappointed because I heard good things about this location.

I really liked this DD because it was clean, service was quick and people were in and out within a few minutes. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because they forgot to put on the sauce on my turkey, cheddar, bacon sandwich.

Pros: Clean and located at a bus stop.
Con: Service is incredibly slow and it takes forever to get through the line.
If you have a lot of time until your next bus feel free to get in line. If you have less than 5 – 10 minutes just forget it as you’ll more than likely be hopping out of line before you’ve been served.

I asked for an ice tea with 5 sugars, turkey cheddar bacon on a french roll, and a streak angus wrap. The cashier turns around hands the cup to the runner without marking the cup and the runner gives me a look as if I should be ashamed for making him work so early on a saturday morning. I get back an ice coffee with sugar and as I made a claim I was told the dark black beverage I was drinking was indeed ice tea. Which was just wrong… My sandwiches were apparently shoved into the bag and the angus wrap was more of an agonizing glob of cheese stuck to the packaging. I have worked at a Dunkin Donuts for about a year and never have I seen service this poor… My turkey cheddar bacon was missing a portion of ham and my ice tea did not have ice in it. When did good customer service come to making a customer feel as a burden for trying to grab breakfast?

Brand new DD’s and its nice an clean inside. Service was quick. Ordered an iced tea with lemon and service was prompt and friendly. Hope this stays for awhile.
