It takes a lot for me to post a negative review… But hopefully the DD in terminal C will read this and improve! My order: 1 plain bagel with cream cheese, 1 hashbrowns, 1 regular coffee.(Not rocket science) Step 1. Don’t ring them up as individual items when it’s #4 on the menu Step 2: don’t get mad when I ask you to place a second order for coffee when it was missed on order 1 Step 3: actually complete the order I got to my gate and found the hashbrowns were missing. Please don’t ignore me when I politely come back to ask for the rest of my order. Then I opened my bagel. It was cut in half and thrown in the bag. Not toasted and no cream cheese… then when I requested a cream cheese you said I had already been back, scoffed at me, and threw the cream cheese across the counter at me. That’s terrible!!! Summary: DONTBERUDETOYOURCUSTOMER. SUMMARY # 2: this DD should be put out of business, you’re giving the brand a bad name.

Had to yell my order louder and louder 5 times before I realized that they just didn’t UNDERSTAND my order for a classic sandwich, wanted sausage and they didn’t understand that either, got my order wrong, asked for the right order and they didn’t want to do it(not like they were busy, no customers after me). The menu is kinda really simple but way to get it wrong

There aren’t any DD where I’m traveling home to so I was really looking forward to an iced mocha. What I got was bitter coffee flavored water. Awful. I drank about two sips and had to toss it. Best of all, the girl who was sitting behind the counter had the gall to rattle her tip cup at me. No. You get no reward for handing crappy coffee, I don’t care how hung over you are.

Asked for a strawberry frosted donut and got a chocolate one with sprinkles. That doesn’t even sound the same.

This is terminal B DD review(where the us airways shuttle is) Glazed donut was ok. A little cold and the glaze stuck to my teeth and the roof of my mouth, which was unpleasant. Nonetheless glazed donuts are always yummy! 2 stars because the girl working there glared at me as I tried to get out 4 quarters and 6 pennies. She sighed as I gave the money but there was no one in line behind me. Kind of odd. Maybe her hours are long :(

Typical Dunko’s. Good food, great coffee, could be a bit faster and have another cashier and person making sandwiches. 10 – 15 in line and only one of each.

Mid day snack on our way to Maine. very good location near baggage claim, more stores should be around baggage claim.

Just your typical DD location. As long as they have donuts I am good. Service was okay. Conveniently located in the airport so you can get your DD fix.

For about a dollar a pop, DD sure hits the sweet spot. The Boston Kreme was a hot mess– an abundance of chocolate and overflowing crème. Less would have been more, but thanks for the sugar rush– I’ll stick to my original glaze.

This Dunkin Donuts is squeezed next to the Jet Blue gates in the Boston Logan Airports. Atmosphere: This Dunkin’ Donuts is basically the only eatery in the immediate vicinity of these gates and thus it’s quite popular and there will likely be a long line. There is no table/eating area for this place so people just sit in the seats to the gate that’s right next door. Service: Because of their popularity and the constant onslaught of customers, their staff is overworked to the point where they make mistakes in your orders because they’re tired :-(. I had an order of hash browns left off my order, and the sugar for my iced coffee was added after the icing process. The Food: The quality of food here was slightly lower than I expected. I came here for breakfast and the hash browns were soggy and you only get 6 small pieces. The iced coffee was honestly mostly ice, and the sugar was undissolved. The ham/egg/cheese muffin I ordered was blander, and slightly smaller than the McDonald’s Egg McMuffin. I attached a few photos that explain my opinions and hopefully they are helpful. To summarize, you will likely be tempted to go to this Dunkin Donuts if you’re flying Jet Blue, but if you’re looking for food, I would highly recommend venturing elsewhere. If you’re just looking for a drink, I would recommend the iced coffee.

This review is for the DD in terminal B at Logan. This particular morning I wanted coffee so bad that I drank it too fast(totally my fault), burning my tongue to a crisp if it hadn’t been for the quick and efficient service of the DD crew, who brought me ice cubes in 5 seconds. Then there was a confusion about my order for food, which didn’t come out for pick up. When I told the manager, Andrea, she immediately made sure that the order was made right away. To me good service isn’t only about not making mistakes, because we all make them. Good service is just as much about how to handle them. Five stars from me.

In airport location(Delta Area). Took me 30 seconds to get through the line and my order was up(and done correct) within 2 minutes. What more could you want from DD?

I’m constantly reminded why I rarely order at a Dunkin Donuts. This time, I got suckered by that jerk named Hunger. Hunger made me want to eat breakfast. A bagel, specifically. The thing is, I love eggs. But I know better to not eat the eggs from DD. They just taste funny, probably because they’re powdered or something. Anywho, back to bagels: when one orders the #3, which is a bagel with cream cheese, I’m sure that there’s some miscommunication when all I get is an empty multi-grain bagel. No worries, I just walk back and politely ask for a small container of cream cheese. «I didn’t charge you for the cream cheese. That will be $ 1.19.», she says. Hold up for just a damn second. So if I ask for a #3, a bagel with cream cheese, then you choose not to include the cream cheese? The bloody hell? I don’t say that, of course. I just take the hit on my card. It’s not the cost that irks me, it’s the customer service that’s consistently inconsistent at DD franchises nationwide. 1 star for not getting food poisoned. And please stop asking your customers to if they want granulated sugar in their iced coffee. That’s crazy, man.

I pass countless DD’s throughout Cambridge/Boston, but never feel compelled to purchase anything until I’m at the airport. Travel eating=out of control. Things I’ve tried: – iced pumpkin white chocolate latte: 5 stars – pumpkin munchkin: 3 stars – glazed munchkins: 4 stars – red velvet munchkin: 3.5 stars – red velvet latte: 2 stars – English muffin/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich: 2 stars An a-ok sugary treat to hype me up before boarding a 6.5 hour flight to the west coast.

Maybe it’s this locations proximity to Southwest, but I was pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude and efficiency with which the staff at this location operate. Limited selection of donuts and bagels(in their defense it was 6pm), but really moved through the line(which was full of families and indecisive orders) without being impolite.

Not sure which Dunkin this specifically refers to, but the Dunkin in the United baggage return floor has saved my life so many times. Instead of grumpily waiting for my checked luggage as I starve, stomach empty of breakfast, after a red eye, I can stand happily munching on a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Best location ever.

This DD is critical simply because it’s right there, in Logan, so whenever my homesick azz walks off the plane, I know I got my DD action right there. The service is always lackadaisical there and never smiles, unlike the small town dunkies where the service is much improved. But beggars can’t be choosers — I live in a city with NO dunkies, so I appreciate what I can get.

There are too many entries for Dunkin’ Donuts on this site that are all at no particular terminal at BOS so I just picked the one that had been reviewed the most. I’ve been to pretty much all of them anyway(at least every one in Term A, B and C) and they’re all spot on. I love DD even though they get slammed for having weak coffee. I like it. And Iike the fact that I can walk up and say coffee with cream and sugar, that they add it for me and that they do it the way I like it every time! So easy! I’ll admit I haven’t tried a lot of their food choices. No donuts, muffins or meat heavy options, thanks. I usually get the egg white flat veggie or turkey sausage for a light«keep me going on the long ass plane ride.» The pic I took isn’t the most appetizing, I know, but it’s just right for not doing something terrible to your stomach when you’re trapped in a confined space for hours among lots of strangers and the price is right at $ 3.20 with tax.

The 4 stars are strictly for the donuts. I didn’t drink coffee but I do eat donuts! The Blueberry donut was actually really delicious. It was light, airy and fluffy! I’ve had blueberry donuts before and they weren’t fluffy and soft. Dunkin Donuts’ are really good!
