I really enjoy the signature salad here! Mixed greens with gorgonzola, pear, walnuts, cranberries, and shallot dressing. I really also like their Italian sub but I guess they have it as an option seasonally? Haven’t been able to find it the last two times.

This meal was a a let down. I love me some Mac and cheese and after ordering I knew I had made a mistake. It looked like it was scooped with an ice cream scoop and was cold in the middle with no flavor at all. I won’t be eating it again. Maybe the sandwiches are better because there was a long line for them.

One cashier woman there is pretty rude(pretty sure i did nothing to deserve it), shame because the staff creating the food were nice. You really shouldnt hire staff like that… The food is overpriced too. I use to come here once a week, but now will be going elsewhere from now on.

I love Cosi and this one keeps the love alive. Here you can watch them make your sandwich and add things if you feel so inspired. The staff is not just courteous but happy and friendly and you can tell they love their job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they were out of blueberry yogurt.

Let me tell you what you need to know: 1. **The Semi-public BATHROOM is next to the registers to your LEFT** 2. There are 2 aisles to make an order, one for salad and the other for everything else. There’s a stand to separate the 2. You want a salad, stand to the Left of the stand Anything else stand to the Right of the stand(If its not busy, they don’t Care where you stand.) 3. This is physically connected to a multi-business building, –Across from the Seaport Hotel –Diagonal from the World Trade Center –Across from a condominium –1 block from Renaissance Hotel –1 block from the John Hancock building — And on top of a large underground garage In other words, this area is pretty popular. RUSHHOUR«MON-FRI» is 11:30am-1:30pm So if you want to get out FAST, come before or after these times Personally I go there for lunch. Their breakfast is very limited. To the CALI person who commented, i can agree with maybe they did not know how to make something and probably had to ask a fellow worker.(I think they opened in Nov so they are still training those they hire) But as far as your accent… You had a CALIFORNIA(U.S. based) accent and they couldn’t understand you? Not even sure what to say to that. Oh and if you’re looking for a place to QUIETLY surf the web or research/do H.W. etc, I wouldn’t choose this place. The music might be disruptive to those looking to do such! YOUCANGETFREEBREADSTARTINGAT11AMDAILYUNTILTHEYCLOSE!

We were staying at the Seaport hotel and wanted a light breakfast rather than the pricey hotel restaurant. Cosi is clean, reasonably priced and staff is friendly. Their English comprehension was fine(not sure what previous poster from CA is talking about). We had a great breakfast for 2 for under $ 15. No complaints!

I’ve given one star just only to write the review. We were 7 days at the hotel just in front is these place. The first day we decided to have breakfast there. When we went to order they have problems to understand our accent, we are from California, instead of try to understand us they look at us as we were from Mars. The staff is very very very very rude. I ordered an oatmeal with strawberry and raisins. I saw how the person that took the order asked for her coworkers for the raisins because she didn’t find them. She decided to give me the oatmeal just with strawberry and she didn’t tell me anything about that. It was a crap! Bad food, worse staff! They have a great place just in front of the hotel, but with they manners… Don’t go there, safe your money and start your day at a better way.

Do not order anything other than what is on the menu. if you want an ingredient excluded, it will not happen! The most inane setup to order and pay that you’re likely to encounter. To get a sandwich, you first tell the counter server what you’d like. Confusion immediately sets in as your server has you repeat your order several times. Your order, scratched down on a very busy looking form is then assembled by someone who either can’t read or is simply not programmed to make anything but the specific items on the menu. Two stars because the bread is really good!
