Circle Furniture

We went into the store to look at some mattresses and ended up talking to Lindsay and Lisa about our disappointing experience we had at an unrelated furniture store in New Jersey after purchasing an expensive piece of furniture that had a faulty part. We had tried for months to work with the other store and the manufacturing company to no avail. It was frustrating because I was experiencing back pain as a result of the faulty part, but I didn’t see an affordable/​feasible solution for the time begin. It was a casual conversation but Linda was so upset to hear we had this negative experience that she insisted it was worth her time to follow up with the furniture company to see if anything could be done. While I greatly appreciated this, I didn’t anticipate anything to come of it given our negative past experience with the furniture company.
Lo and behold, we got a phone call later that day asking for more information about our prior purchase, and then soon after we got an update that they were able to secure a replacement part for us free of charge. I have NEVER had a store go completely out of their way to help out a potential customer. I have no history of purchasing at this store and they do not stand to make any money off this service they provided me, so this was purely an act of amazing customer service and also just human kindness. They have of course also won a potential future customer over when I next need furniture. Given that I don’t have any immediate furniture needs, I wanted to at least post here and let others know what amazing customer service they have as I hope I can at least help send business their way! Thank you Linda, Lindsay, and also Lauren for helping to coordinate pickup etc.

Worked with Troy and we were able to furnish three rooms in a couple of hours time he was wonderful — I wish I had shopped circle first at it took me a long time to get the pieces I was looking for — had I went there first my home would’ve been done literally months earlier — awesome customer service and the delivery was perfect I highly recommend Circle Furniture I have returned several times since and always leave happy and recv’d quality products —

I was in the search of ny dream dining table, after I saw the display in the store I couldn’t find any. Just as I was about to leave, Sarah came up to me and told me that they actually have so much more products than just the ones displayed. She showed me a line they carried, Nuveo Living. They had a dining table made with reclaimed hardwood and it was exactly what I wanted. I ordered it not having even seen the table and had them ship the table from Canada. I loved that table so much that I was willing to take that risk. And as it turned out, the table was absolutely a stunner. Everyone who comes to place comments on how beautiful that table looks. Thank you circle furniture!

Great customer service and delivered ahead of time. Troy worked with my wife and I and offered ideas how to furnish a small Boston apartment. It all came together and the suggestions by Troy were spot on. I would highly recommend Troy and the Circle Back Bay Team.

Sarah (Store Manager) and her colleagues are working to bring more contemporary options to this Back Bay location, so this Circle’s design looks fresh, holds up pretty well against the nearby higher priced, higher-​end offerings. They listened, picked up on our needs and tastes, made good suggestions, and worked hard to find solutions — all with a beautiful result. Outstanding customer service here. Highly recommended.
