Seattle, WA
Hard to find hole in the wall with a one person waitstaff. Do not let the single live-​in resident bartender/​cook/​dishwasher fool you into thinking the service will suck– it will be slow and he will be the only bartender to ever drink along with you– and also curse at you– but you will like him. A real stand up guy for a sort of but not really ok joint. Is this a bar? Is it a house? That’s how welcome the Ry man will make you feel. And if you don’t like it then leave, damn it– he doesn’t want your business anyways.
