Be Relax

My girlfriend had a terrible experience here. I watched on as a man named Ibrahim Cjapi made her cry by repeatedly belittling, aggressively confronting, and yelling, at her. I can say with complete and unbiased confidence that she could not have handled the situation more gracefully, trying to find compromise and understanding, and despite this it devolved into a one-​way shouting match with a late-​middle-​aged male airport massage therapist letting loose on a crying late-20’s young woman in front of onlooking customers. His behavior was some of the most unprofessional, and frankly disgusting, behavior that I have witnessed — certainly in a public place.
When, in tears, she finally requested the names or contact information for someone that she could contact to discuss how she felt she had been (and was currently being) treated, he almost laughingly encouraged her to do so, all the while insulting her. When I finally walked over to try to de-​escalate the situation and figure out what was going on, his yelling and insults simply shifted to me.
My opinion of Be Relax, and I can only assume those of the onlooking customers, has unfortunately been completely and probably irrevocably changed by this experience. In this day and age it’s usually a lie and an overreaction to say you will never return somewhere or boycott a business based on a single negative experience, but I can pretty confidently say that we will never return to Be Relax. It was that bad.

not impressive, especially for the price. They had like three employees there, but only one was doing massages (go figure) the other two seemed to be supervising or telling potential customers how long they’d have to wait for services. The service wass amature at best… very fast, not relaxing at all.
Surely glad i only went for 20 minutes when i was thinking 30 minutes (actually the tech (very lazy) told me that 20 was plenty.

Been traveling all weekend long and had a hiccup
In my lower back that needed fix’n. Saw Be Relax Spa at Logan Airport and thought i would give it a try. It was great! Tyler Campbell was the massage therapist and killed it!!! My back is ready for the next flight! Thanks Tyler!!!

Called day in advance for 6 a.m. mani pedi appointment, and the receptionist asked what time mu flight was (7:20). She said it would be closer to 6:10 but there would be plenty of time. The spa opened this morning at 6:30. The nail tech did a polish change on my hands for $ 15 that was not done by 7, I put the top coat on while my husband paid before we dashed to the gate.

Had an amazing massage from Ernesto here. Very confident, nurturing and technically proficient touch. The service was friendly and efficient. Next time I’m in this airport, I will definitely stop by again.

Just visited the one in terminal b and had a fantastic experience. While waiting for the manicurist, Nancy, Tyler hooked me up with the zero gravity massage chair. Nancy did a great job with the manicure– I got the classic one– and was appropriately chatty. Very fun, nice experience. Then they even let me move the nail dryer to the spa chair so I could get more chair massage while I waited

I decided to treat myself with a quick 30 minute massage prior to my flight. Luz, a very elegant & classy masseuse from Colombia gave me a fantastic, professional massage. After my massage I asked if she had had many years of experience and I was right she did.

I flew in from Philly for work and then had a 4 hour layover before heading to Florida with my man for the weekend. Decided to take advantage of the situation by getting myself a pedicure and a mini-​facial. They use Dermalogica products, which was the driving force behind the facial. It wasn’t a full-​flown facial with any type of machine use, but definitely a nice treat. The pedicure was great as well.

Fantastic experience at Be Relax! I was flying home from Boston to Portland and actually discovered my Oakley sunglasses were missing. I mentally stepped back through the day and figured they may have been left at Be Relax in the Logan Airport. I figured they were lost but decided to send a note to the Be Relax corporate link. Lo and behold I got a phone call from Alicia indicating that the sunglasses were indeed found and would be shipped to me. Nothing short of amazing!
Additionally, the 20min massage I received was awesome. It’s great to see a business really take care of their customers even after the sale. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend Be Relax… not only for the service but for their integrity as well. Kudos!

Over a 5 hour layover, I wandered upon this massage place/​spa. Needing some sort of relaxation, I booked their standard 30 min massage for head, neck, shoulders and back. The massage tech Darnell was amazing from start to finish and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He also encouraged deep breathing during the massage to keep you present on relaxing. I highly recommend him and his massage services; do yourself a favor and stop by! Prices are reasonable and it relaxed me before my flight. His customer service and positive attitude were also outstanding.

I had a chair massage there once I was there and it really helped me relax. Moreover the lady who did the massage for me was very nice, polite and caring. Would go there again if I pass from the airport.

I was flying to Baltimore early one morning and had an amazing massage. I haven’t had too many so my back was one big knot, but it was all good after!
Highly recommended.

I have gotten chair massages before, but I did not enjoy this one. I am not sure if it was the person who did the massage, or the way the chair was set up. I just felt my body get more tense during the massage, rather than feeling relaxed.
