Best Spa & Nails

Service was fine my nails came out horrible. The design was lop sided and I was unhappy with the look of my nails. The guy seemed in a rush and ready to get me out the door. After I expressed my disgust with my nails he then took of the additional charge for the design and just charged me for the fill. I would never go back there ever again, extremely unhappy!

Horrendous. I showed up at opening (9:30 am) and the establishment was not open on time and three customers (including myself) were already waiting. This was just the start.
I had a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine. The gel manicure was absolutely awful and I would discourage frequenting this establishment. For starters, I did not have gel nail polish on my nails, so I just needed the gel polish application. I selected OPI cajun shrimp. After applying gelish base, OPI product, and gelish top coat the end result was cloudy and matte. The technician filed down the top coat, and applied another coat of cajun shrimp polish and gelish top coat. Once again, my nails were cloudy, matte and now had now the cuticles were covered with polish. Next, the technician redid the entire process. The owner of the place stated that this happens with the cajun shrimp color. It should not. I’ve been getting gel nail polish, particularly this color, since at least 2009 and this has never happened before. After explaining this to her, she acknowledged that the bottle of polish was gluey and should not have been used. I asked her why she would continue using a product instead of replacing it and she simply responded that she would take care of it by my next visit. After redoing my nails with 6 layers of various gel polishes she completed my manicure (2.5 hours later), with paint covering my cuticles. Frustrated, I asked whether I could return 3 days later to have the manicure redone after she had purchased a new bottle of gel. The owner responded that my nails were fine and charged full price. Ultimately, the technician, not the owner charged me for a pedicure and not the price of the horrendous gel manicure that took an excessive amount of time to complete.
Completely unacceptable.

Came here for a mani/​pedi. Got the pedi first. (I apologize, didn’t get the name of nail technician). She did a good job on my feet, which hadn’t seen daylight all winter long. Massage, good. Polish has lasted over 2 weeks.
Manicure was next. Also good, but not a gel polish. Lasted a little over a week. Both were on my natural nails, so I can’t comment on how they do «fake» nails.
Overall a good job. I had a mani/​pedi package so I paid about $ 50 plus tip.
