Spa Nails

Bummer… wanted to give Spa Nails another try with the new owner. Made an appointment, soaked in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes, and still no service. Disappointed…

My mother-​in-​law and I were looking for a place to get pedicures that opened fairly early. This was supposed to open at 9.30, which was when I arrived. Three other customers were standing outside, and after I joined them, a fifth arrived. A woman who I’m guessing is the owner arrived at 9.35, and commented on everyone else being late. The first two women had appointments, but three of us did not. Due to time restraints, my mother and I had to leave. I’m hoping the services themselves are good, but it struck me as odd — and unprofessional — to have not one, but all of the scheduled employees come in after the store is supposed to open.

This place was pretty average. The person who did my nails was nice. The price was fairly cheap compared to other places. The only concerns was the cleanliness… it seemed a bit dirty there. I value the cleanliness of a nail place more so then the price so I don’t think I will be returning. The other thing was the girl I went with got a regular mani and the woman who did her nails didnt cut them even.

My coffee gal told me that she has been getting her nails done FOREVER here and I decided to try it out. Loved how friendly and talkative they are, my nails looked awesome. I had shown Vi a picture off of pinterest and I said I would bring jewels to use next time and she told me no, she would pick them up since it is cheaper for her, yet still made my nails look awesome. I also got a pedicure there. THE BEST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD! Massaged my legs and feet for a long time, which never happens! Absolutely love it at Spa Nails! So glad to find a salon that I love!

Love this place! I have only been there 2 times but each time they have treated me like I’ve been going for years. They have great prices and do a great job!

My friend got her nails done here and they ripped her nail in half. Obviously these people do not know what they are doing. Are you kidding me? Now she has to wait however long for her nail to grow correctly. Good job guys good effing job. Not even 1 star

Ok, so I’m pretty disappointed. I was hoping this would be better than glamour nails. My nails look ok, but they lack professionalism big time. They would take the polish off one nail, walk away and help someone else for a few minutes, then come back. The place is pretty messy and doesn’t look clean at all. I missed the pampering, no hot wax or hand massage. Guess I need to keep looking.

Great experience, my toes look great and my legs feel amazing! I will definitely be back!

All the salons were closed on Saturday at 5pm in enumclaw so I drove to bonnie lake and was looking for a different salon but saw this place and it had decent reviews so I stopped in. They were able to get me right in as a walk in. She didn’t over buff and sand my nails, didn’t cut my cuticles, did the perfect active length and shape that I like which is similar to my natural nails but is so difficult to get at salons apparently. They were friendly and humorous and I was pleasantly surprised that for a gel fill and shellac polish it was only $ 20.

Ok as I sit here with my toes drying, 2 of the techs are blowing into used gloves to reuse. Ahhh! Gross! I brought my own pedi stuff for sanitary reasons. They checked the gloves for hole and then paired them up. What do I have to do to get a good CLEAN pedi?

I liked this place the first time and I am still recommending it!!! They do a terrific job and actually ask questions about what I want. Definite bonus is this time there were no flowers on my toes!!! The design I have instead of a flower is awesome and goes well with the other colors. They are always friendly and fun to be around. I look forward to my next pedi!

My First Impression: Wow! As soon as you walk in this place feels so much bigger than Most. There is soft spa typical music playing, nice pendant lighting, and one big row of massage pedicure chairs across from the nail tables but divided nicely by a short wall. I came in on a Thursday at 10:20 because I figured they opened around 10am. But their door says they open at 9:30am and they already had a handful of customers! My technician said that Mondays and Tuesdays are always slow for them and the back end of the week is typically more busy. Despite the customers who were already being helped I got right in! I was disappointed in the actually cleaning of my toe nails, we all know how dirty and unkept they can become and it felt like he just brushed through that part. However, he paid special attention to trimming them down and making them the exact length I wanted. He even asked me a second time if it was alright before he continued. Next, he did a great job with the foot scrubber and a short time with the exfoliating scrub. Then I also got a parafin foot dip. Which I wasn’t expecting at all because a lot of places don’t do that unless you request it. While my feet were in the wax I got an awesome massage that made me feel amazingly relaxed! It was perhaps one of the longest times I’ve spent at a nail salon getting massaged, About 2 ½ minutes on each leg. The wax was removed and I got another 5 minutes of massage on my feet! It was the highlight of the experience and when I come back. This is the main reason why!
Another thing I thought was great was that my technician noticed I was busy playing on my phone and suggested I use their WiFi network! How nice is that?

I love, love, love this place. Their prices are very reasonable and I go every 3 weeks to get the shalac manicure and spa pedicure. Yes I can just about make that manicure last three weeks that is how good they are. The customer service is great. They are very popular and if you don’t have an appt. they try to squeeze you in, but it is best to make an appt if you can. Also their hours are great, you can get in on a Saturday as early as 8:45 a.m.

Everyone here is very friendly and always do a wonderful job. I brought all my bridesmaids in the day before my wedding, the Spa Nails staff above and beyond to make it a special event. All my girls had a great time.
