Just ate here for the first time!!! Loved it!!! Had the fish and chips. A big portion!!! It as so good. The mac and cheese is very good, too… The service was exceptional I say go enjoy a great meal for a great price!!!

Loved their clam chowder and salads. My daughter and I had a good time yesterday. We both think this is a good place to meet each other on the weekend so far.

We have gone to a few of these and the food is delicious and friendly staff.
Everything we’ve tried we’ve loved!
The menu is fairly unique, but still has familiar ideas so it’s not too strange and unusual.
Highly recommend!

Wish I could give you guys five stars but the staff at the bar is a hit or miss. The last time I was in there the person who waited on us was rude up until the rest of our party showed up. After that she seemed to perk up. I can only assume with 4 separate checks gets her potentially more tips. She was very pushy when she was about to clock off trying to get us to cash out before she left. The main dining hall is very friendly. Always helpful. Always nice and u love the food. One of my favorite places to get a good burger and onion rings. :)

I love happy hour from 2 to 6 (I believe) great potato chip nachos they are always willing to take off what I don’t like and put something different on with out charging more. Great lemonade and free refills… also to go cups. Always great survice and good food/​drinks. They are busy a lot and parking can be a issue. It is a bit small inside but to me it’s worth it.

Love the food, one of my favorites as far as the menu is concerned. But… It’s always super busy, It’s always so loud that you can hardly hear yourself think. The layout of the place is not conducive to actually enjoying a meal and they’re chronically understaffed. Besides that, the parking lot is a nightmare.

The food here is great, but the service is not. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and it’s improved slightly each time. I’ll be back because the food helps offset the bad service. Hopefully they’ll fix the service issues so I can give them more stars in the future.

Clean and friendly, with a great theme! Chill!!! Everything they have is based on ice and chilling which is really cool. The beer on tap are so cold that the taps are all frozen. Also, they have neat chilled drinks with real fruit that’s served martini style doubled in thick ice shot glasses!
The prices are fair for what you get overall and I love the theme. The service is attentive and quick. Had the steak and spicy chicken sandwich which was an interesting sandwich. Wish I could have chosen other sandwiches but didn’t like the bread choice that was given. Perhaps letting us change the bread option would be nice… well, I didn’t ask so maybe I should just have asked if I could have changed the bread to a regular sandwich bread for those options was an action I could have taken.
The steak was good and entirely edible. . meaning not fatty and jerky. I liked it and the fries were so crispy the entire time! Loved the fries, oh and they are not regular bland fried either, they are seasoned. Yum! thanks for the good time!

Food is always delicious and delivered in a timely. This is unfortunately the second time we have had the same server, and she’s sweet but never checks on you, and half of the time she talks she’s whispering and honestly makes the experience awkward. I will be back, but not if she’s our server in the bar. To be honest, I was surprised that they would put her in the bar on a Saturday evening with how shy and uncomfortable her personality is.

Sat in the dining area for 15 minutes and never saw my server… Ended up leaving. The 3 other times I’ve been here has been just about the same — bad service!

Not certain what the fuss is about for breakfast. It didn’t do a thing for me. Decided to try it on a whim. Won’t go back… for that meal anyway. They do have some good sandwiches and a decent bloody mary. The waitress was attentive and then she was snippy. Then she was friendly and then she was cold. We could tell she liked the table behind us because she flirted with the guys and made fun of them with their girlfriends. She seemed too busy for us and a bit scattered. Anyway… don’t do breakfast.

Worst service in the world — sat and waited in the bar for over 5 minutes while the manager and three servers milled around and never even acknowledged us when we walked out the server said we were going to get to you when we got to you. The manager was standing right there and said nothing. This used to be a great place now it sucks and I highly doubt we will ever go back.

Great customer service. The food is wonderful. The portion size is just perfect. No need to over feed Americans.

OMFG! Run do not walk to this place! Blueberry Lemonade! Woohoo… delish! I had the Chicken wrap and the homemade chips and was sorely impressed. The dip for the chips was amazing, kind of a garlic style and they put it in a plastic container so if you want to take it with you, they give you a lid! Hubby had the meatloaf burger and also the blueberry lemonade and also was happy, He usually does not drink anything but water with his meal.
The atmosphere was a tad loud, but we like quiet. It is a bar and beer joint, but we are not drinkers. We will go back though, it is too good not to!

We had the western burger and the garlic fries so good and such flavor. Save room for the doughnuts they are worth it!

They have the best service, the hottest food and the yummiest menu!
They by far make Red Robin look like a fast food joint. (Tried the Robin and couldn’t wait to leave and never come back)
Hop Jacks service is always on point, they know how to run a restaurant and train staff! By far the best burger place in Washington.

This is my very first review & this place motivated me to say something. The «Western Burger» is one of the best burgers I’ve EVER had. No joke. The restaurant was clean & open, our server Jackie was excellent, and the drinks always came out cold. It’s a little bit pricey but the food & service made up for it. We’re definitely coming back again!

Great food, fun atmosphere, service is good and they have the coldest beer taps! Try the Philly Cheese steak, burgers or the BBQ salad.

Surprisingly good beer (contract brewed in the north sound), good food, and great service.
We had a decent burger, great salad, and the kids were happy. My wife really likes the new porter
The only knocks on this place:
if you want to watch a game — the TVs are positioned in odd places, high in the corners
some of the beer is served so cold you cant really taste it LOL
