The crew at Fed Ex greatly helped my fiancé and I yesterday 1−29−16.
Even being busy they took the time to help us print out documents for a very stressful situation.
Leia was extremely kind and the guy there with her was extremely helpful as well.
Through the many times we have used you guys for services you guys are the icing on the cake!
Thank you for your patience, and kindness with getting this all taken care of for us.

Rude and unprofessional employees. None of them seem to know how to do their job.
I have attempted three orders with this location which have all gone wrong.
1) never a manager on duty
2) employees are not trained well and do not have access to type in coupons or refunds.
3) zero trouble shooting skills by any of the staff.
4) bad attitudes, lack of care,
Will not be returning
