Kim is awesome. New here to the area and she took care of me as if I was a long –time client. She calls to check up on your skin, and calls when they are offering specials. My skin has changed drastically and I’m thankful I found this location. Kim knows exactly what is needed.

Such a great experience at SPA DIVINO! They hosted an event a few weeks ago focusing on skin care. Extremely informative and it was great to see a live chemical peel treatment demo. Jessica (Aesthetician) is so knowledgeable and really knows what each patient needs to protect and maintain healthy skin. The spa is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. They took us on a tour of the spa and we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chacon, Irina, Jessica, and the rest of their team. Kindest people, really! I booked a facial that same night. Iris helped with booking my appointment and also called me the day before with a friendly reminder. The day of the facial Daniel (office manager) helped check me in and Jessica was already waiting for me. If you want the best care for your skin, you need to book your appointment with Jessica right away. She is so caring and can really help you not only improve your skin, but also educate you on what your skin needs in order for it to stay healthy. I have extremely sensitive skin and am always reluctant when it comes to facials, peels, etc. I trust Jessica with my skin. She suggested a Pumpkin Peel and it was the best decision I made. My skin felt great and there was no irritation or blemish. It actually felt really good and refreshing on my skin (as Jessica said it would). I would highly recommend Jessica. She is so helpful and you can ask her just about anything and she will provide the best advice.

I needed some «me» time and decided to get a facial here. I was very pleased with the whole experience! The office is close to my home, so i didn’t have to drive out of the way. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and asked to fill out some standard paperwork. While I was filling out the paperwork the gentleman at the front asked if I would like any coffee or tea, which I gladly accepted some cherry almond tea. It was delicious. Jessica, came to get me and lead me into the facial room. It was so peaceful and tranquil I could have fallen asleep. plus the soothing music is a perfect touch. The hardest part was deciding which facial I wanted to get. I decided on the pumpkin peel! It was perfect. the only thing I wasn’t to fond of was the lip balm. just because I’m not a fan of them. Everything else was wonderful… my face was a little red after because of the extraction process but it was very smooth and looked good. I will definitely keep coming here. The staff is so pleasant and the experience was great.

Was back in town, and sure enough came back for more… but this time instead of a Dollface facial I ended up going for a Porcelain Diamond microdermabrasion which has helped my skin decongest and become baby-​bottom smooth and also a Bliss Hot Stone Treatment which left me feeling divine and rejuvenated. Frances was sweet enough to accommodate my mother (didnt have an appt but since we drove down from temecula she made an exception and took her in after she got done with me) for a Come Get Closer Peel/​Facial and a Bliss Hot Stone treatment. What more can I say but that I left feeling relaxed, with a sense of serenity and I’d even dare say clear-​minded thank you Frances :) will be back when I’m back in San Diego!

The best place to get a facial in Chula Vista. It’s clean, it’s fresh… Frances is friendly and an expert in what she does. Left there feeling great about my facial! I can’t wait to try her other services. Very professional too!
