I’m not sure why all the great reviews for this salon are on the «not currently recommended» page, but this place is great. I have been here several times now and always schedule my hair appointments with Nelly. She is FANTASTIC. You can tell that she’s been in the business for a long time because she is incredibly knowledgeable about the best products/​styles for my hair and is nothing short of amazing. I have another appointment scheduled for this Saturday and can’t wait! Thank you for providing such great service, Nelly!

I bad experience with the owner (nelly) I asked her to dye my hair brown with carmel hight lights and gave her some examples and she end up coloring my hair red.

Horrible horrible service, it was my first time getting my hair died. I went in for a simple ombré and came out with orange and random blond streaks in my hair!!! Asked for my money back and mind you I payed 110 dollars and only got 45 back. Don’t get Nelli !!!

Shannon is an absolute treasure as an esthetician. She’s professional and takes a genuine interest in making sure she meets her client’s needs. I first went mostly just because I felt I wanted a little bit of pampering; now, I feel it’s almost a necessity. It may sound weird, but I’ve given Shannon carte blanche to take care of my face and I’m thrilled with the results. Her treatments are rejuvenating as well as pampering. The best part is my friends are asking why I’m looking refreshed and my skin is looking younger. I’ve even had one friend ask if I’ve had procedures done. That’s quite a compliment.

Most horrible experience of my life. Like walking into a tJ spa. Rude, noses up in the air, didn’t pay attention to what she was doing to my hair!
Complained to the owner how unhappy I was, and she still made me paid full price. I cried on the way home, my hair looked better before I walked in there. The owner was a snot to me as well.
I usually wouldn’t post a comment, but this needs to be out there.
Never again! I should of know since most of the chairs were empty!
