Very unprofessional, called and booked, arrived late. Not ok with a service like this.
Hospitality services have gone down the drain.
Driver was not dressed in very clean or proper attire for what we paid. Very sloppy in many ways…
Not going to call or rent Again.
Sorry but I am not please with the services rendered.

I had a pretty large group that needed a pick up from the airport. I called around and On Time Limo gave us the best rate for our party of 9. Plus they also provide car seats, something cabs don’t do. I made the reservation and told them exactly what kind of car seats we needed. I was worried they would mess this part up and we would be at the airport with a baby and no car seat.
My fears were unfounded, they delivered on everything. When I got off the plane I had a message waiting for me. We came down to baggage claim and spotted the driver with his sign and captain’s hat. They had exactly the right seats and everyone plus luggage fit in the van. The driver even passed out water to everyone. Perfect, I absolutely would call them again if the need arises.
