Wonderful, fresh, homemade food served by friendly staff. Our visit exceeded expectations by a long shot. As other reviewers have noted the place is spotless. The Guacamole may have been the best I’ve ever had. Arroz con pollo and Beef Gallos were delicious as well. The restaurant is family run and operated and the attention to detail shows. I will definitely return!

Love this place, It is everything you could want, its very clean, the staff is excellent and very friendly. The food is amazing, my favorite is the avocado chicken or the La Vaca sandwich… Definitely worth a try.

Great food and service. My wife and I enjoyed the Arroz con Pollo, Cantones and Chifrito. The only bad thing was I couldn’t order an Imperial (CR beer) since i was driving :-). Thank you we will back again to taste the ceviche !!!

Great food! The lunch specials are beautiful, filling and delicious. The Arroz con pollo was the best. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. This is our second visit and we will be coming back again soon. Please try it we want it to stay open! It is really a good place amid the chains and fast foods in the area.

Just had a late lunch at Lapa’s. The staff greeted us warmly and provided quick and efficient service. The restaurant is simply and elegantly decorated. The food was yummy! Great presentation! Good size portions. Definitely recommend it.

This place is great my husband’s family is Costa Rican and the arroz con pollo tastes almost as good as his mom’s! The décor is simple with lovely accents of Costa Rica. This is a newer place check it out its yummy with Latin music playing in the back ground if you close eyes your are transported to Costa Rica. Pura Vida! Support a local business it won’t disappoint!

Good food, nice atmosphere. Good service and friendly staff. Have been there twice for lunch and twice for dinner. The only complaint for us is the live music in the evening. It is too loud, making it impossible to have a conversation. Lunch specials are very good and well priced. We noticed several families having lunch. We will return.

I wanted to check the place out. Nice décor inside and very friendly service. Wanted a quick lunch so I tried dos gallos shredded beef and chicken taco. The tacos were okay with a nice avocado sauce for that had a spicy bite to it. My side dish of rice was not completely cooked. The portions are on the small side for the price. They definitely need to work on the food.
