Rushed on my nails and that’s one thing I hate! Shape was great paint job was crap! Her excuse was because my nails are long(medium length). Then charged me extra for a fill in! Smh. Asked for a top coat after she rushed me off and she huffed as if I’d told her to do my nails all over again! No tip for this chick! Then said and pointed go over there… dry. Wow

I needed a quick eyebrow wax, nothing too detailed; I just needed the edges cleaned up a bit. First thing that threw me off was that it was a man who was going to do it. Not so much that it was a man but he was wandering around the salon looking totally clueless as to what to do first. But then I was desperate so I decided give him the benefit of the doubt. When I got in the chair the first thing he started doing after brushing my brows in place was trim the ends. I admit my brows grow long, but trimming them is usually the penultimate step after the actual waxing; that way you know which long strands to leave in place and which ones to trim. Needless to say the man left my eyebrows looking patchy and skewed. I was honestly better off doing them myself.

I can’t say enough about this place. I come here for all of my services and they are fantastic! The staff are very friendly and I’ve never had to wait for a chair. Reasonably priced, too.

My co-worker took me here for the first time as I moved near this nail salon as well. I got the spa pedicure #2 and it was amazing! Super relaxing and my toes look and feel great! Coming back tomorrow to get a no-chip manicure! Request an appointment with Tina she is great! They do close early but very happy with my new go to nail salon!

This nail salon is ok if you’re in a hurry and just want your nails done quick. I stopped in yesterday and was in a hurry. I did have to wait for about 15 minutes so I decided to peel off my precious no chip to save some time. By the way, their no chip nail color selection is horrible compared to other salons I’ve been to. When I sat down the tech seemed to be in a hurry. He did a half ass job. In fact, he didn’t even take off the spots I missed. I still had some previous no chip on my nails. He barely spent any time filing them. The color I picked was very misleading. It was no where near the color I picked once he put it on my nails. After 2 coats it still looked bad, so I picked another color. The new color was much better. Instead of removing the first color he put on, he just painted over it. I even said«Your painting over it?» and he ignored me. Overall it was just ok, but I will not be back. Although they were very polite, they don’t seem to take too much pride in their work.

Never again. I haven’t been to this nail salon in over a year but I never had a bad experience until today. I was never thrilled with the salon because it was never as clean as I would like, but the customer service was always good. Not today. I went and got a pedicure with my friend and both of them were done so sloppy, my nail polish looks like it’s been worn for two weeks. My friend got a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding. I also got a fill in my acrylic, and I was left with a sloppy mess around my cuticles. I’m so mad I spent $ 26 on a pedicure… that was the worst I’ve ever had.

If you be very specific in what you want! I just went today for a «no chip» manicure. I already had it on my nails and do it on a regular basis. I told her not to trim the nails just to file a little and keep the shape(which was rounded). She squared them all the way down! I had quite a bit of out growth and when she did the color she didn’t even come close to the cuticles!!! So it still looks like I need a fill in! She also had a mess of polish she left around my fingers. The nails are jagged and that’s probably because after she set them she took a file to my nails again!!! I will not be returning again!

Zero stars to be honest. I get mani-pedis regularly and I came here because I had time to kill in the area. I figure I would kill two birds with one stone. This place is HORRIFIC! Quickest and most pathetic job ever! My 9 year old niece does a better job of painting nails! There selection of colors is dismal. No Essie colors at all. I still have cuticles! I actually told them to remove the polish at the end. Yes, it looked that bad. Lastly, I never been to a place that doesn’t have cotton balls to remove nail polish.

Horrible! The did an awful job removing my no-chip polish. They left my nails extremely bumpy. They rushed through and only spent a couple of minutes on trimming and filing. Then they painted right over my bumpy nails! It looked horrible! When I showed them how bad they looked they said it was the polish color and I could pick a new polish. They did not understand that the same problem would happen because they didn’t completely get off the previous polish. When I asked for my money back she refused and said she would redo it. By this time I had been there almost 2 hours. My mom and sister were finished so I couldn’t wait that long. She refused to give me my money back. She had charged me 18 dollars plus a tip and my nail literally looked like a 10 year old did them. I paid before the manicure was over so I wouldn’t ruin my nails after. Big mistake! I will never pay again until I see the inal product!

This was my go-to place for awhile. I saw a pale asian women with straight sleek bob haircut and she was great. I highly recommend her. I got an amazing pedi from one of men last fall. He spent so much time on my massage. It was great. However, last time I went my lady wasnt there and I got a pedi from a different man. He up-sold me on a hot stone pedi and it was the WORSTpedicure of my life. I’ve had hot stone massages before and this guy obviously had no idea what he was doing. He was repeadalty touching the hot stones on my legs and feet and I got NOMASSAGE and my nails were not painted to the edges or cuticles. He also left a calluses on my feet. That was a big waste of $ 65. So I didn’t tip him and he stood there with a dumb look on his face while I was drying my nails as if he was expecting a tip. I haven’t been back since. It’s a shame because every other experience I’ve had there was excellent.

This place accomodated me because i was in a rush, so granted i understand i’m not getting the best experience already. But my nails looked crummy, they chipped the very next day, and they had a very limited color selection. I was really disappointed to pay that kind of money and get that kind of service. Not going back.

This place is just OK. Decent for the price compared to similar nail shops in the area. I came in for a no chip manicure while waiting for my car to be serviced at discount tire and was told it’d be $ 35 for the manicure and I liked that they had a pretty good variety of colors. The guy that helped me seemed to’ve done a good job but you can always tell by how long it takes for you to see a lot of new nail growth and chipping. The guy did not do as well as I thought. When he was finished he kept trying to convince me to get orher services done, which I didn’t need or appreciate. When I got home I noticed that he did not polish up to the cuticle to prevent them looking like they were growing out too fast, also he didn’t polish around the edges of my nails which makes them easy to chip. As many women know, no chip manis are supposed to last two weeks or more. The first week my nails starting chipping around the edges, now that’s it’s coming up on two weeks my nails got worse and look awful. And the no chip polish is a pain in the butt to get off at home by yourself(& I couldn’t go back for my nails to be fixed due to my busy schedule during the week). If they lowered the price because the mani doesn’t last, I’d recommend them… Or maybe if you saw a different nail tech you’d have a better experience.

I have been going here for a few years. I am not a frequent customer(like every few weeks) but I go there for special events or when in need of a great pedicure. I don’t get manicures often simply because I do them myself but pedicures are a great treat. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes even though they are always busy. The keep the flow going nice and smooth and they always have plenty of staff there. The ladies and a few men who work there are always happy and very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and like the work you have had. The prices are a little high but well worth it. The may lack in the color selection(lots of pinks and reds) but are more than happy to apply your own polish. I will be going saturday morning for a mom and daughter pedicure date!

I really like it here — the staff is friendly, they have plenty of people working there, you rarely have to wait because they have so many chairs and staff people, and they are very quick and efficient. I can get a good pedicure in 30 minutes.
