The only good thing about this place is how polite the one guy, Ahmed is. Besides that the girls are rude and the old Indian guy is rude too. I paid 270 to fix my digitizer on my android. I pick it up, drive 2 hours and go to sleep. Before I go to bed I noticed the back button was acting funny. When I look in the light in the morning my screen is cracked in two places. I wait 2 weeks for them to see if it’s under warranty and it just so happens that the digitizer is covered, but not the glass they replaced. So they want to «cut me a deal» and have me pay 65 for the new glass. Theyre probably going to break something else because I argued with them and told them I’m picking up my broken phone and taking it elsewhere. This place is no good. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Horrible service! There is a local guy who roots phones for way better and WAY cheaper — plus he guarantees his work — unlike these fools.
The reputable guy has an ad up on Craigslist, too — he’s a certified Google Android Operating System Developer with a 0% fail rate. E Z On’s fail rate with root jobs… ha! Don’t even bother asking.
I have an Evo Shift and I would never consider trusting them again. Total BS. Save your money. Take your phone to an authorized dealer, or search Craigslist for this reputable rooter — try this «EVO Android OS Full permission rooting.»
