Culver’s

The food is what I expect from a Culvers restaurant. Good burgers and custard and OK fries. The cleanliness of the restaurant was sub-​par, having to walk past 4 tables covered in crumbs and ranch dressing to finally find a clean seat. They also were having a lovely gang alteration with 8 – 10 «youths» of mixed races having a shouting match. One fine gentleman exclaimed that he didn’t want to shoot the other gentlemen there and proceeded to pull up his pants and ride off on his rusty BMX bike with his accomplices. I was thrilled with the immediate police response, they were there within 5 minutes. However, management didn’t kick out the remaing 6 youths left in the restaurant and even told the cops there wasn’t a problem. Great family establishment! This all happened around 7 on a sunday night.

Outstanding in every respect; good service, nice people, and the overall quality is much higher than the other CULVER’S that I have visited.

I dropped by hear the other day and got a chocolate shake. I don’t know if something was wrong with it or not, but it was about the worst shake I have ever had. It was oddly not that cold, and real syrupy so I suspect there was an issue, because if this thing was people always got the place would be out of business.

First time having Culver’s. My guy opted for the fried cod meal and I guess he thought it was okay. I had a BOGO Value Meal coupon and opted for the chicken tenders (Buffalo and Original).
I thought the Buffalo Tenders were good. Fries were meh.
I think they are a bit pricey, but would like to try out the custards.

I know, I know, it’s fast food. Who reviews fast food? Welll I do :)
Seriously though I had to write up a review to share a little known secret: Culver’s has some of THE best fried chicken ever! It’s not one of their more popular items but Lordy Lordy it’s Delish! You’ll want to call ahead to place your order because they don’t make a lot at once and it takes about 20 to 25 mins to prep. Call in, place an order and thank me later! Oh and ask for an extra roll because the rolls are a banger too!

Horrible… Not the food but the parking lot !! We got are food and took off only to find a sign of some sort stuck in tire which didn’t fall off until we got on the ramp to the expressway ! Yes, you guessed it right a f$@$&n flat tire ! 30 minutes from home ! Big a$$ hole in my tire from a garbage sign picked up from the wonderful parking lot at culvers! Fast food and bad luck. Clean it up guys !

I hardly ever write reviews about a chain, but this one in Bolingbrook is really good and has great customer service. It’s been two times now that I’ve barely made it before closing and yet the servers are still happy to see me and take my order. I know they all have probably put in long hours, but even 5 minutes before closing they are still cheerful and greet me with the same enthusiasm as if it was 5 minutes into their shift. I appreciate that very much. I try not to be a pain customer; usually I’m ordering a drink or ice cream that late at night so it’s not too difficult to make and I appreciate their smiles and ‘have a good nights’ they say.

My husband and I have eaten at this Culver’s often and it’s always pretty good, but tonight was amazing. The staff was extremely courteous and our made-​to-​order meal was delicious. We’ll definitely be going back more often and there’s often coupons for a buy one get one free deluxe double butter burger — we had 2 double butter burgers and fries for only $ 6!

Culver’s is HORRIBLE! Go down the street in either direction for less than 5 minutes and you’ll find a much better meal.
Their employees are rude. The managers are aloof and don’t care one bit about you or your satisfaction. And the people in the food prep area don’t wear GLOVES!!! I watched through the pass thru window as a young man in the back made our order. He scratched his head, touched his shirt, then proceeded to assemble our burgers. Completely disgusted, I demanded a refund and walked out.
As a favor to a family member who had a craving for a butter burger, I went in. I chose to go inside instead of drive thru just to see if anything had changed. Sure enough, it was exactly the same. I called my family member to tell her about what was happening — absolutely disgusting!
Seriously, Taco Bell, Portillo’s, Subway… whatever, it’s not far from Culver’s. Avoid it!

This place isn’t that great for the prices they charge. This restaurant has both food and dessert. They are good, but not enough for me to say that I’d come back here again. Last time I order a sandwich and fries and it costed me almost $ 7.00! I like the custards though.
