I started my wedding registry at a BBB in the city of Chicago, but was disappointed by the lack on inventory in store due the the size limitations of city locations. While I started my registry, I received very little attention from staff. I found the whole process of registering overwhelming, and I did not enjoy it at all.
A week later, I continued my registry at this Bolingbrook location so I could have a better range of inventory to consider. I was dreading it, and dragged my mom along so I could get through it faster. Upon arriving in the store, I was immediately set up with Becki, who served as my personal bridal registry consultant the majority of the three hours I was there. She and her assistant, JeanE, were most helpful and encouraging. Becki made the process fun, and took the time to set up the place setting, etc, so I could visualize how all the table would look after it was set.
I told Becki I was concerned about buying fine china because I am clumsy, and she hit one of the plates several times on the counter to demonstrate the studiness of the fine bone china. She backed her claims with hands-​on demos, and came across as very truthful and genuine. Becki had many helpful insights into other items, as well, and did not at all seem focused on selling me the most expensive or name brand option. I truly valued her advice, had a great experience, and ended up enjoying working on my registry, which I didn’t think was possible. Becki, thanks so much for your amazing customer service!

they get this rating on a account of one very awful manager there. her first name initial is «J». She really has a temper problem and treated customers at a check out register with a bad temper, did not like answering questions and was just a bully. the Miss MBA has a long way to go with PR skills.

I like all the kitchen gadgets there. And the employees are always nice and attentive…

Everyone is nice and polite here except for the people at the registers. They might of even been managers…

Do not get to BBB often… but always fun to take a look around.
I did pick up a «shower mirror» here… for when I shave in the shower.

I really like this store. It carries a vast assortment of stuff I seem to need. Prices are very reasonable, staff is always willing to help, and their coupons are abundant.
Great for gift registry, too.
Sometimes it is difficult to maneuver when they might be restocking or changing over displays.

When did this place decide to turn into a drugstore? When I was in here right before the holidays to get some Yankee Candles (they are much cheaper here than at the Yankee store) I had to weave my way through six aisles of cluttered hair care, medicine, and other Walgreen’s-esque products to get there. When I had made it to the register with my five candles, I handed the cashier a coupon for %10 off one item. She ended up scanning the coupon five times, so I was able to get the discount on all the candles, even though the coupon stated that it was one per visit only. I really appreciated that! But on an earlier trip about six months back, I purchased some huge bath towels here. Since they were not cheap (about $ 25 each) I figured they would hold up for a while. But not three months after I purchased them, they were falling apart.

Are there any stores you just can’t do without? This is mine.
Weather I go here for stuff for the kitchen or an impromptu gift for the little lady, they usually have what I’m looking for. The store here by me has very friendly people working there, and always ready to help. If there is something I don’t see their already in the back looking for stock before I even have to ask. What more can you ask for in costumer service, that if you ask me, is dieing. Their prices my be a wee bit high, but for the convenience I don’t mind it.
Does the store look a little cramped to you? Thats the only reason it got 3 stars from me cause of the tight isles otherwise it would have been a 4 rating.
