I’m an out of town bride who called ahead to see if my wedding dress could be steamed within 48 hours from dropping it off– Jen the manager approves and assures they could do this for me. I go to pick it up and for 10+ minutes he CANNOT find my dress. Finally, the only guy working finds it crumpled up on the floor. And asks me if that’s my dress. Yes. Yes, that is my two thousand dollar dress you have balled up in your hand. He then sets it BACKDOWNONTHEGROUND and goes to search for the shirt I dropped off to also be pressed. I grab my dress and hang it up MYSELF while he searches for 10 more minutes to find the shirt. Then proceeds to ring me up to make me pay for the shirt that was pressed, while on the phone with the manager who I asked to speak to and she told her employee«no» — that I couldn’t talk to her. Honestly the most awful experience that all started with awful management. Please don’t waste your time or money at any of their locations. DISCLAIMER: I hate to post 1 star in order to do this review but without a doubt I’m giving a ZERO.

I took 4 suits into the Overland/5 mile location together with a Groupon. The sign advertised same day service. Instead the gal told me I could pick up the suits Monday(it was Thursday). I objected and she relented to the same day(It was 7: AM at the time I dropped the suits off). I asked what it would cost to have the suits cleaned. The lady at the counter said she couldn’t tell me until I picked up the suits(that should have been a clue). I got back and owed them $ 41.00 for the 4 suit cleanings. HOLYCOW! Even with a $ 40 Groupon I owed them money. You know, the $ 2.00 dry cleaners do as good a job for less than half the money. No more business with these guys. No way.
