Was very fun. Kids had a blast and never wanted to leave.

This is a very cute and humbling park that connects to a great part of the green belt!
From here you can walk around the lakes and large bodies of water.
There are monuments to many of the wars including Wake Island in 1941
(employees of Morrison-​Knudsen Company — from idaho) were there to build an air base for refueling.
The park is cute, with a HUGE playground for the kids, a patriot walking bath with bricks for members of the armed forces.
There are many picnic tables, benches and places to enjoy!
Note: Make sure to come down Veterans Memorial Parkway to park.

This is a great park for kids between the ages of 2 and 12. Love the outdoor space and the different play structures for children of separate ages. One of my favorite Boise parks. Beautiful year round.
