Katie saved the day and my hairstyle! After an extremely pricey cut and color from a different salon, I was left with a horrible cut and awkward bangs.
I called Salon 162 the next day to see if they could squeeze me in to fix the situation. Katie was kind enough to fit me in before her appointments and take an unpleasant cut to an adorable, updated style! I’m so thankful and will now be a regular! :)!

Levi took great care of me! His cut and color skills are AMAZING! I hadn’t had my hair cut or colored in over 3 years and he took great care of me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Great conversation and a terrific stylist! I’ll be back for sure and won’t wait 3 years this time. :)

I love this salon. After moving from Denver I was panicked about having to find a new stylist. For a while I was waiting to fly back to Denver just to get my hair trimmed. But, I finally gave in and went here. I see Katie she never cuts my hair too short, she’s always creative and helpful when I want to mix things up and it always looks exactly how I want it. I couldn’t be happier!

I have had my gel nails done by Kylie at Salon 162 for the last 4 months and I will NEVER go anywhere else! she got me in the very first time I called — that day, and has always been able to schedule me for the most convenient times. the work she does is absolutely the best in town — I have never had gel nails and can never keep polish on for more than a day. this manicure is like perma-​polish, I even use my fingernails as tools in my business (pulling apart electronics) and they’ve never chipped. if you want amazing nails — go see Kylie immediately!

What a fun place! I get my hair cut and colored by Katie and she’s great… very intuitive when I walk in and want some new color or a slightly different cut. I moved to Boise over 4 years ago and went to about 6 places before I found Salon 162 and Katie. Finally, a laid back place with great stylists!!!

I have had my hair done by several people over the years. I would switch hairdressers here and there because I hadn’t found one that I loved. The first time I had Brandon Tesch do my hair I knew I could never go back to anyone else. Brandon is very intuitive and listens very well to what you want then adds his own creative touch. He knows just how to cut and his choice of colors is always beautiful. I have been overjoyed every time he has done my hair. Brandon is wonderful and charming and I would refer him to anyone!
