Luckily we had no problem getting refunded and out of the dirty nasty super 8 down the road. This Quality inn is very clean and the front counter guy was very polite and helpful. The beds are clean and very comfortable with a downed comforters. No mold in the bathroom, toilet doesn’t run all night and no pet hair on the beds either…

I wanted an inexpensive hotel with a fitness room, pool, and breakfast. This hotel fit all 4 qualifications and was perfectly adequate for the $ 75 price tag. The fitness center is fairly lackluster, but the old treadmill still works and i was able to get a bit of workout in. I would stay here again if I needed a place to camp out in southern Boise!

REMODELED!!! Great value, all reviews seem to be old. March 262015 I was here! Food good, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cold cereal, oatmeal, juice, fruit & yogurt all FREE with stay! Pool was not cold and very clean, beautiful wood walls No mold! With indoor pool this can really be an issue. I stay at a lot of upper end hotels and now have used Comfort Inn in Ct., Ca., & now Boise Idaho. Think I’ll be saving a lot of money from now on!

Great place for the money. Clean, cheap, good breakfast. Nice pool and exercise area. We used the treadmill and bike and they worked great. Nice staff. We had only planned on staying one night, but ended up staying two. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely an outdated motel. Front desk person was smoking just outside the lobby as we entered. He was blunt and unfriendly. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Very small, cramped, breakfast room offering much less than most Choice Hotels offer. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

Pros: ease of access to the interstate. Nice bathtub Clean Nice staff I got my choice privilege points Cons: Cheap Outdated styling from the late 80s or something Navigating their T.V. cable was frustrating Breakfast room was cramped I stayed for 4 nights I only bothered with breakfast once. My first room the T.V.was broken. They switched my room but stuff got off on the wrong foot. The room I was placed in was directly over the pool. So I heard and felt ever single cannon ball into the pool. Would I stay here again. No.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and we’d been riding motorcycles all day in rain and cold weather. We arrived to find a rather dilapidated looking motel with the lobby totally shut down for updating(at least they’re trying we figure). After checking in(the lobby had been moved to a nearby motel room), we got into our room. Things smelled a bit strange but we wrote that off to the remodel(paint fumes maybe?) After settling in we decided to head out for dinner, but stopped by the lobby/motel room to ask about directions to the pool for after dinner. We were told the pool was closed for the remodel. Bummer but that’s life. So we headed across the street for a meal, then returned to our room for the night. Next morning we see folks walking down the hallway in their swim suits! So I decided to call the hotel as if I were a potential guest and asked about their facilities. I was told that indeed the DO have a pool and a hot tub. So either they lie to potential guests, or the«gentleman» who checked us in lied and was too lazy to point us in the right direction. Either way we won’t be going back. We moved to the Comfort Suites across the freeway. For $ 10 more it was MORE than worth the effort. The one thing I can say for this Comfort Inn — it’s the first one I’ve stayed at that made and Econo-Lodge look good.

Airport shuttle dropped me at the wrong hotel — Comfort Inn instead of Comfort Suites. Totally my fault. But there I was, no car. The general manager asked one of her people to drive me over there in her personal car. We had to move a few dozen stuffed animals around so we could fit in(she was about to donate them to a children’s home nearby). No need to apologize for your messy car. I love you people. I love Boise. Your heart for customer service earns you 5 stars. Thank you, Comfort Inn people!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was what you would expect for free. The hotel could use updating. It doesn’t have an elevator so ask for first floor if you don’t want to lug your baggage up the stairs. My door I had to slam to get it to close, not very safe. The deal breaker for me was the shower head height was at my chin and I am not over 6 ft.
