Quality Inn Airport

Where to begin. Can roaches survive in Boise in late October? They can in this hotel. The walls are paper thin. The clientele is mostly white trash. The free breakfast is disgusting and the rooms are flashbacks to rent by the hour 80’s themed dives. Don’t bother complaining to the desk clerk because he is outside smoking. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Stay away from this dump of a hotel!

I felt like the experience was okay for what you’re paying for. Bed was comfortable and clean. Had slight issue with shower not draining properly but otherwise everyone was nice and helpful.

Room was clean, beds OK. Otherwise to compare this to EconoLodge or Motel 6 would be disparaging to those franchises. This is more like a Motel 1. I like Choice Hotels and often book them but I should have read the one review on Unilocal (now 2) and avoided this stay. The room was tiny but what could one expect when the facility appeared to be a double wide on steroids. I knew i was in trouble when I first spotted it. Had I not committed funds to guarantee the room, I would have tuned around and sought another venue. The staff was indifferent and just going through the motions. The free breakfast was «the least we could do» and call it a breakfast.

Rip Off and Terrible booking partnerships is what summarizes this experience! This experience was just awful. I booked through Priceline for one night and once i arrived at the hotel, the front desk did not have records of my reservation despite having proof of my itinerary sent to my email. We spent about 1 hour trying to get a hold of
who was responsible for relaying the reservation to the hotel and eventually had to get some representative to speak to the front desk at the Quality Inn. I would not recommend this place at all. After finally sorting out the issue, The gentlamn at the front desk gave me a key to an occupied room which was Awkward. I was so frustrated at that point it must have been pushing 1am before i finally go to a room that was not occupied which by the way ended up being a room in the corner right by the exit where all night long i got to hear noisy guests come in and out! I do not write reviews unless they were a huge inconvenience to me. Terrible customer service all the way around! I paid less at the hotel down the road (Super 8) durring my previous visit and had less issues even though the room itself was nicer at Quality Inn.
