KFC

All the bad reviews are absolutely true. Go elsewhere. I’ve been craving KFC for weeks now and finally decided to stop by, sorry I did. Wanted an original recipe breast meal, they didn’t have any original chicken so I had to wait forever and then my order was still wrong (and who the hell gets grilled chicken at KFC? Seriously, stop that). This location doesn’t have potato wedges, they have fries. I ordered some for my son but what I got instead was fried okra. Kidding of course, they don’t have okra. But why were these fries slimy in the inside?

Very busy understaffed a person that ordered after me with a larger order recieved their order first… very disorganized :(ok going to be nitpicky here now 2 people got their orders before me after ordering after me what are those waters had to be fixed because they did it wrong I had to ask for my cups for my drinks as welded to other customers retraining had more people to help

Worst customer service ever.
First off. There’s an old lady in front of my husband clearly who’s not supposed to be standing for long periods of time. But the lady/​girl behind the counter had the old lady waiting for 5mins before asking for her order. (mind you there’s only 5 customers here)
So the old lady began sayings her order and then the cashier girl was like ‘I’m sorry I didn’t understand what you were saying because I was thinking of something else’
I’m like, ooooookkkaaayyyy? Literally worst service.

Was not as good as I remembered as a kid. KFC was always my favorite growing up. I always remembered how excited I was when our mom said «I’m going to KFC to bring home chicken». My kids took me here for fathers day and food took forever to come, chicken was pretty dry and service was meh. Had to wipe our own table so we had a place to eat. I was kind of sad they took me there. I’m pretty sure I will never return to this one. KFC I love you but you have 1 more shot

Idk if management looks at these but I hope so…

We came in today and the store was trashed. Seriously not one clean table. I the man in his early 20s was serving us. They told use they didn’t have crispy chicken (which sucked) then told us it was a 6 min wait for corn… so we ordered something small.
The bathroom was disgusting looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was urine on the floor and other stuff on the walls.
But other than the trashy store appearance. The staff was rude! He hissed at a kid having a hard time ordering. Yes hissed and made a snood face. Resulting in the kid getting not what he wanted and giving up. There is a reason why KFC is failing and it has to do with the cleanliness and customer service.
The food is always awesome, but really…
So we just finished our food it’s 8:35 still he hasn’t completed our order. Still waiting on that damn corn.
Word for the wise have your employees check their attitude at the door and smoke out back. The lobby stinks with it.
Update: The cashier is name Brandon…
Also tell the supervisor to get off her phone and assist customers.

Service is SUPER SLOW!!! First we get told they don’t have thighs and they will substitute legs, then my husband and I hear the staff tell a man ‘We don’t have thighs, but they will be ready in two minutes if you don’t mind waiting’ this made my husband mad and I thought it was crap and my husband told the girl what for and that we would wait for thighs, to many people were expediting and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I don’t think we will be back

The chicken and sides were good when we finally got them.
The cashier needs to be the cashier. She was trying to do everything which just confused everyone. The expeditor was doing fine until she tried doing his job, the «servers» were doing fine until she tried doing their job. Since she wasn’t at the caah register customers had to wait.
Our order sucked. We got 10 pieces of dark but they were out of grilled, AND they were out of thighs. She asked if they could substitute legs for the thighs. I said that isn’t a fair trade as the amount of meat on a thigh is substantially greater than that of the leg so I would take a couple breasts instead — she wanted $ 1.29 extra each. So I was fed up and took the legs. THEN while waiting for our meal she told another customer that thighs would be ready in 3 minutes — I kinda jumped her about this and got some thighs!
The dining room floor and tables were dirty as was the floor behind the counter.
The food was good and fresh for 4 stars
minus a star for the filth, minus a star for the horrible service = 2 stars.
