Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had lunch here last week. One word comes to mind: RUDE. The girl building my burrito wasn’t listening because she was in such a hurry (the place was empty) she just threw everything together. When I said something, I got a classic eye roll and the silent treatment. The burrito ended up falling apart…

If you like Chipotle, you’ll like this one. Quick service line, fresh food, free extras, seating area is kept cleaned up even when it’s busy. My only complaint is that there is limited parking. Only about 8 spots and so sometimes drive thru is the only option.

Like other Chipotle restaurants, small and clean for the most part. A good place to get some quick food, cost was $ 30 for the three of us. If you have not eaten at one before, Chipotle is the Subway version of Mexican fast food, with less choices.

This Chipotle location is the most consistent and reliable of the ones scattered around the valley. If you want a big meal at a low price, Chipotle is your go-​to spot.
Food: Chipotle serves huge portions and typically doesn’t hold back on the toppings. Treat them nicely and they’ll definitely make you a worthy meal. I usually prefer the chicken or sofritas salads as healthier options (and skip the cheese, sour cream and guacamole – using salsa as my dressing), while my husband usually goes big with a giant steak burrito.
Drinks: Self-​serve soda and refrigerated case of other beverages.
Atmosphere: It’s a little stiff and cold, but always super busy and generally clean.
Service: The staff is generally nice.
Healthy Hack: Go basic with a sofritas or chicken salad with black beans, fajita veggies and salsa. Plenty of flavor, low on cals.
Tips: If you like steak, this is the one to go to! Eagle’s Chipotle is rather inconsistent and often overcooks their meat. Ask for sour cream and salsa on the side if you don’t want a drenched burrito. Try salsa for salad dressing instead of the vinaigrette.

I generally like Chipotle. It’s fast, relatively cheap, and feels healthier than other fast food. Yes, it’s still a pretty calorically dense meal, but the presence of fresh vegetables imparts a feeling of «health»…even though this stuff can make you fat as hell. Anyway, my problem with this location is with their inability to gauge the proper amount of salt that should be used in their food. I’m sitting here with a chicken burrito bowl, and I feel like I just ate a bowl of chicken encrusted in salt. Which made everything else super salty. I still ate it, because a hungry Nancy is a cranky Nancy. But yeah… I’ll be paying for this later.

Good food that allows you many options. Try the burrito with The steak filling is a favorite, grilled there and good portion. The only negative is when you come at lunch time 12:00 to 12:30, plan on a longer lunch hour, long line.

I am a huge fan of Chipotle. I have just moved to Pocatello from San Diego so I had gone without it for quite awhile. I had just recently visited Boise and was so excited for to eat Chipotle. My boyfriend and I both got the bowls because we normally get everything possible so don’t like having to double wrap our burritos. After we ordered I watched the employee do a half scoop of rice and a half scoop of meat and a half scoop of basically everything except the hot sauces I was sooooooo disapointed because normally my order would be so full that the lid would barely close but here the portions are much more smaller. I have been to many Chipotles back home so I know that it isn’t a «special» thing about my local chipotles. The food in general tasted good and the service was average so if the portions would’ve been the same it would be 4 stars but unfortunately it was a lot less so 3 stars :(.

This is the saltiest food I’ve ever had a Chipotle. I got carnitas since it was off the menu for a while and omg I can’t believe the amount of salt in my food. This is subpar for the chain.

Ok, now we are Chipotle junkies and we will never look back. We get the burrito bowl heaped with sofritias, black beans, brown rice, chopped tomatoes, grilled veggies and guacamole. How can you beat something as good as that?
This is a perfect meal for us non animal eating types out there, right? Top this off with a couple of glasses of water and we’re set for hours.

I love this Chipotle. It’s great for lunch after shopping or running errands in the Town Square area. The people are nice, the food is great, and there are always fresh lemons for your food or water. We usually get tacos or burritos but yesterday we tried two of their salads and they were delicious. (Tip: bring your own dressing. The vinaigrette, for some reason, is 8 WW points a serving, or 270 calories with 850 mg of sodium! What the what?!) Nevertheless, I am addicted to their corn salsa and love their vegetarian taco with green Tabasco sauce. I’m deducting a star for the parking situation, which can get out of hand when it’s busy, which is quite often in that area.

Even with the line almost out the door, it moved super fast (I was in line for less than 5 min!) Food is just like all the other chipotle’s in the world.

We have tried this restaurant a couple times now. Not a big fan. The food is average for a fast Mexican type restaurant. It never is extremely hot, generally just warm. The service is good however.

I am a really big fan of Chipotle because every time I leave with a full and satisfied stomach! Each time I go in feels likes it’s the first because it always tastes really good and the first bite reminds me why I go there so often. First couple of times when I first started going to Chipotle I stuck with the regular burrito. It was filled with brown rice, chicken/​steak, red hot sauce, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. It was done in about two minutes so it was really speedy! Overall the burrito was really good and you can usually save some for seconds if you want but make sure to have a good grip on it because sometimes it tends to fall apart on you. From now on I get the bowl and it’s basically like the burrito just without the tortilla and they place all the good stuff in a bowl. You can grab a spoon and fork and dig right in no more mess from explosive burritos!
I really do enjoy this place and the only reason I didn’t give it a full five star rating is because the tables usually tend to be pretty messy and that’s one thing that they can improve on. Overall though I recommend this place to anyone who enjoy fast Mexican food!

Yum I love Chipotle! It’s a regular lunch spot for me, being so close to work. It never gets old, I always get the chicken Burrito Bowl with lots of toppings. The meat and everything is always very fresh and I love that you can customize your bowl. The prices are a bit high for fast Mexican food, the guacamole alone is an extra $ 1.95 but I keep coming back because it is so delicious. The staff is always very friendly, they usually check in on me after I’m done to see how it tasted. I went to the new downtown location recently and realized this location is by far much better; there’s always a fun buzz with the staff working and they give nice big servings. Side note: Best iced tea EVER!!!

Not bad for fast Mexican food. I usually get a burrito or tacos which is pretty solid, the meat is always juicy and never over cooked. This last time I tried the bowl and would not suggest it. Something about a burrito without the tortilla didn’t work for me. It is also frustrating that the chips are an additional charge.

Super amazingly awesome! We let them know, it was our first time and they were very cordial. Super friendly staff and the food was delicious! Definitely coming back!
